I’m not here to bash places, & I’m not trying to be rude or mean. I’m just brutally honest. Haven’t been to an Applebees since Covid, & thought I’d give another shot. When you walk into the door, it’s a bad smell in here. The tables are all sticky. They don’t have draft beer, which Applebees is known to advertise for & I love those tall glasses. Nope, not here. Cheesesticks were ok tho. My Bourbon steak was undercooked for medium. It was still alright & I ate anyway. My gf’s salmon tasted fishy & wasn’t good. This is the last review I’ll give for an Applebees, as it’s not for us.

I ordered shrimp & sausage pasta. They gave me chicken and sausage pasta because obviously what I want & paid for isn't important. Zero stars & I'll never go back to applebees after this, considering this might've been my second in my 41 years going to applebees and the food & service sucked.

My steak usually comes out acceptable and is pretty good on flavor. The drinks do seem to be pretty weak, and I am kind of hurt by the reduction in how many candy sharks you get in a drink now.

Super slow service. Waitress was on their own time frame. Got our drink orders wrong. Placed our orders and got our food at 3 different times, got a cheese burger with no cheese, then they brought out the cheese in a warm tray and it was melted. No refills, and didn’t see them again for 20 mins.

Not recommend unless you want a 2 hour long meal

The food and service was terrible.

We decided to eat dinner at Applebees.This was our first time at this location. It started off ok when the server approached our table. But, once one of her friends walked in, she stopped taking our orders and paying attention to us, and started talking to her friend! VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! One bourbon street chicken and shrimp was old, the spinach dip was cold and they had to send it back.Once we requested a manager, the manager came to the table but not once did she apologize! She did offer to take the food and have it remade but her attitude was nonchalant and her faces she was making didn’t make it any better. They all sat at a table looking at us until we left!!! A refresher course is needed for management and customer service!

This food was so horrible this black char or whatever it is was all over my chicken, potatoes and shrimp! Couldn’t eat it but they was so packed on 10/05 at 8pm I didn’t even ask for a refund. I just didn’t eat and got my ticket! But I did share feedback with the waitress about

Food was very overcooked and took forever and they only had 3 other tables. Employees too busy on your cell phones.

I had a Grubhub Oder delivered last night. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered a quesadilla, burger, nachos, and onion rings. The quesadilla burger had raw ground beef in it. I’m not talking about a little pink how the description is given on how you want your meat patty cooked. This was raw! I called the store and asked if I could speak with the manager. I was told by a woman on the phone that she was busy with it being a Friday night I understood, so I proceeded to tell the woman on the phone what happened and she tried to blame Grubhub! I simply explained that they are just a delivery service not who prepared my food. She became a bit combative so I told her thank you for taking my call and ended the conversation. I will no longer order or visit this location again.

Fiesta lime chicken breast was cooked to perfection. Wonderfully seasoned, moist and with some nicely charred edges. There was a generous layer of multi cheese covered fresh tortilla chips but the cheese neither drowned the dish not overwhelmed the great chicken. I found the Spanish rice equally disgusting. I guess it 's something you'll love or hate. I had to remove the odor from the table. The bacon burger was a good size with excellent beef and perfectly cooked thick apple bacon. Lots of lettuce and purple onion. The fries had a very good crunchy edge but were not hard. Service was good. Lighting at lunch was adequate for the booths due to individual overhead lamps, but I had to use my phone flashlight to read the menu at a table. Ice tea was fresh.

My husband put our order in an it was not good for a 30+ order you would expect it to be fresh especially if you've been waiting and also called to check ✔️ for your order. Either make it fresh or low yalls prices cause it's not worth it in MY opinion and experience ijs
