They always have everything ready and if not they always make it for us
Customer service here was good when I was here, but my pretzel was only slightly warm and didn’t taste great.

Can someone please hire more associates then the one older lady with the glasses. She is very rude and claims she cannot mutitask . Customers literally walk pass when they see she is there. I definitely see why.

Older lady with glasses working there was so rude. The young lady infront of me in line asked for a lemonade and she told her “UNT UH ITS GONNA BE THIRTY MINUTES” even though we can literally see the lemonade pitcher FULL of lemonade. I asked for a regular pretzel and she told me “UNT UH ITS GONNA BE THIRTY MINUTES” even though I can see the plain pretzels sitting in the case. She’s not only losing y’all money from poor customer service, but is losing you money because she refuses to sell product that’s right there in our faces.

They never have pretzels and will NOT make you any fresh ! I’ve been several times and have left with nothing because they either won’t stop to make it or done making pretzels at 5pm. I just left and the lady said they were running low on dough and she couldn’t make the kind of the pretzel I wanted. I specifically said can you make it and she said no. Basically I could’ve just choosen from what they had. I can’t see myself going back and NOTHING EVER CHANGES. I wish the owners made customer service a priority at their establishment and had employees that did so as well. I would not RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The woman was very rude from the time we waited until we left. She hollered at pretty much everybody and she was older with glasses. She was telling everybody that she didn’t have cinnamon and that the wait would be 15-20 mins. We waited for the hot dog ones but pretty much everybody else left out the line .

Great service Must have new management because all food is always ready and fresh and workspace is always clean.
Worst service ever overcooked food and poor customer service
Stood in line for 10 minutes just for the ladies at the back to say they not taking anymore orders while laughing and playing
I am soooo disappointed. I bought some pretzel bites and they were burnt and hard. I went back in to see if I could get a refund or at least a fresh batch. The girl that was at the counter was busy on her phone. We were patient. She said no refunds or fresh things for me because I was gone 20 minutes. It took that long for me to walk from one end of the mall just to get my pretzel. I spent a lot of money for a pretzel I couldn't bite.
The Pretzel dogs were good BUT it took an hour for me to get them. The whole staff was on break which was 15 minutes. They came back from the break and was starting everything back up which was an additional 45 minute wait for the pretzel dogs and the bites. I watched so many people go up to order and then leave because the service was just not there. I feel like if you’re working in a mall that has people coming in all the time, everybody should NOT be on break. There should always be somebody working. If you are low on staff you have to push the “we’re hiring”.
