I came with my family and we all got a single scoop. It was amazing. The customer service was great and I recommend taking a stop here.
Location closed an hour early with no posted signage
If you have the option to visit a different Baskin-Robbins location, I strongly recommend doing so. I’ve visited this location many times simply because it's the closest to my home, but after today, I won’t be returning.
I’ve never had a positive experience here. The customer service is consistently poor, and the owners—who appear to be a husband and wife—are incredibly rude. There are no greetings, no smiles, just cold stares that make you feel unwelcome for simply being a paying customer.
Hygiene is also a serious concern. I've witnessed the owner handling ice cream without gloves, using bare hands, which is unacceptable in a food service environment.
On top of that, the rewards process is unnecessarily frustrating. Every time I try to scan my app for points, he insists on grabbing my phone and taking far too long to do something that should be simple. Today was the final straw: I had a $3 off $15 coupon selected in the app, and after he took my phone and scanned it, I later realized the coupon had been deselected—without my consent—before the payment went through. That’s dishonest and unethical.
It's not just about the discount—it’s about the lack of respect and professionalism. If you can’t treat customers properly or maintain basic standards of hygiene and honesty, perhaps it’s time to reconsider running a business. Do better, or consider closing.
Arrived at 9:05 pm. They said they closed at 9. They didnt care to make the sell. Their store door says 10. The web said 10.

It says they open at 11, my husband ordered my birthday cake days prior. The pickup is for 12, we were trying to see how it was going or if it was done. It's 11:24 no one is here.
I love ice cream so this is it!
Only two young ladies working the store is clean. They are very productive and working very well together. Impressive for sure.

Don’t do business with this location. Both the man and the woman are EXTREMELY rude just like all the other reviews say. They got my order wrong and then closed the business a hour early when I went back up there to tell them my order was wrong. Not to mention earlier that day the man slammed the window in my mom face because HE got the order wrong. He better be glad I didn’t find out until AFTER I went up there myself because he would’ve found out I don’t play about my mama PERIOD!! If you can’t treat the public right CLOSE DOWN. His business is always slow and hardly get any business as it is and he wants to be rude on top of it. DO BETTER and if YOU slam that window in my mom face again and walk off it’ll be the last time you do it to somebody rude a**

Unfriendly staff, most likely the owner. The chocolate shake was watery, mostly milk. Won't visit again. I see this quite often in the other reviews. I was respectful and friendly but did not receive treatment in kind
Wide range of flavors and very friends staff. Would visit again for sure.

The owner of the place is EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT. She gave everyone with our party the most disturbing looks. It was a total of 15 people and she wasn’t nice or smiled. Instead of doing whatever she could do to make sure we got the best service she watched everyone like we wasn’t suppose to be in the store. VERY RUDE. The patio was locked and we couldn’t even sit outside.
Don’t go there during night shift …. That’s when they get lazy and stop making stuff … you’ll be lucky to get a bottle of water ?
I ordered a three scoop sundae through DoorDash. The sundae I received is a one and half scoop sundae. I have ordered the same three scoop sundae three times in the last week. I tried calling the store and there was no answer. The second time I called the store it sounded like a fax machine. The third call I made to the store, no answer and a voicemail recording stated that this number is a cellular number and I did not have the option to leave a message. The fourth and final call I made to the store, an employee maybe the owner answered my call. As I was trying to explain the reason for my call she became very combative and yelled at me. I politely told her I am writing a review about my experience. I have spent about $45,00 for ice cream and the convenience of delivery to my home. I WILL NOT order anything else from this Baskin Robbins store ever again. I refuse to support a business that does not care about their customers. Beware.

Love going here for ice cream. The employees were friendly .
