Don’t do business with this location. Both the man and the woman are EXTREMELY rude just like all the other reviews say. They got my order wrong and then closed the business a hour early when I went back up there to tell them my order was wrong. Not to mention earlier that day the man slammed the window in my mom face because HE got the order wrong. He better be glad I didn’t find out until AFTER I went up there myself because he would’ve found out I don’t play about my mama PERIOD!! If you can’t treat the public right CLOSE DOWN. His business is always slow and hardly get any business as it is and he wants to be rude on top of it. DO BETTER and if YOU slam that window in my mom face again and walk off it’ll be the last time you do it to somebody rude a**

Unfriendly staff, most likely the owner. The chocolate shake was watery, mostly milk. Won't visit again. I see this quite often in the other reviews. I was respectful and friendly but did not receive treatment in kind

The owner of the place is EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT. She gave everyone with our party the most disturbing looks. It was a total of 15 people and she wasn’t nice or smiled. Instead of doing whatever she could do to make sure we got the best service she watched everyone like we wasn’t suppose to be in the store. VERY RUDE. The patio was locked and we couldn’t even sit outside.

Walked in, it's a bit dingy or lacked the sterile/clean feeling. No one spoke to me. I opened the cake cooler to get the cake we bought. The man rounded the corner and shouted, "close that please!"... He was helpful but lacked hospitable key customer service traits. There are other locations in the area and competitors that are much more appealing in all aspects. I do hope the business will see this and other reviews to identify how they can improve.

The owner is very rude. He didn’t have my order correct and had a smart mouth. He didn’t try to give a refund or replace my order with what i asked for. Poor customer service. I will not be going back
