The wine, the pizza, the pasta, the filet, the chocolate cake, the New York style cheesecake, the nutty Russian & the chocolate peanut buttertini…. Just SPECTACULAR ???Highly recommend if you are looking for great food!

Came with family of 9. Once food was delivered by runners did not see server for at least 20 mins while we waiting to ask for missing items. 2 members could not even start eating before everyone else was finished. Never saw waiter again. Never asked for dessert. Restaurant was not busy at all. Will not return.

Had reservations for Mother's Day at Biaggi's. We were seated quickly and our server, Sarah, greeted us swiftly afterwards. There were six of us. Three adults, two preteens and one toddler. We were treated well by staff. I did notice that they appeared to be fully staffed, which is a good thing, especially for Mother's Day. I ordered the chicken marsala, which came with wilted spinach and garlic mashed potatoes. The chicken was good, as was the potatoes. I didn't care for my spinach, as I love spinach spinach. It lacked any flavor and and was partially wilted/raw. I ordered the creme brûlée for dessert. I've had better. The topping was not very crunchy and hate I didn't go with the tiramisu as someone at the table ordered it and said it was good. I will still go back again.

Good atmosphere. Fast and attentive service. My pasta was okay. I don’t know what I was expecting but it was good not great. Would like to try some other kinds of pasta next time. I did like the presentation of the dish though.

I had the chopped chicken salad. Excellent! The sweet and tangy Italian Dressing was especially good. We were there to celebrate a family birthday. Very good service by the staff as well.

We had a group of nine in on Wednesday at around 6:30 for dinner. We made easily made a reservation online with just a few hours notice and we're sat promptly when we arrived. At the point, it wasn't busy but tables were filling up. Theresa did a fantastic job serving us. She was attentive and friendly, as well as patient with our somewhat indecisive group. She made some great menu recommendations (fettuccine with lobster) and told us which dishes she wasn't fond of. All around, this was a great dining experience.

It’s our first time visit In this restaurant. It’s clean, nice and inviting. It gets busy especially on weekends and lunch time. But they have plenty of seatings.We seated at the bar, it was comfortable and the staff were really nice. The food were delicious and price were reasonable.

So today was my second time visiting this establishment in a month and it was worse this than it was the first. I will first say that they have a great ambiance and a beautiful wait staff.. Jordan, my server, tried her best to comfort us while dealing with the horribly cooked food that came out the kitchen and even before that when I requested warm bread and they instructed Jordan to tell us that they would not be slicing the fresh bread because they were not taking anymore tables (Which they did, and that table did not receive bread at all) to which I concluded they would be saving the bread for the next day.. Calamari was rubbery and overcooked… both steaks were over cooked and instead of the Sicilian margarita i ordered they gave me a full martini glass of Tequila??? When I decided I couldn’t take any more I requested that Jordan summon her manager (Daniel) who walked straight past the table while observing our distaste. When Jordan returned to the table without Daniel I asked her if he was the guy that just walked past the table looking at me crazy.. when Daniel came to the table Daniel did not seem very affected by the horrible experience we were having and made an excuse for why one of the plates came out the way it did and asked me if I was good keeping my plate of over cooked steak.. to which I responded no. As a manager in the customer service field I understand not always will experiences go according to plan but as a manager I would expect Daniel to have cared at least a little about the way my experience had turned out which he did not even ask about. After returning with our steaks my friends was burnt this time while mine was cooked to perfection. I will not be returning to this establishment which is such a shame because the wait staff ESPECIALLY Jordan were great and attentive and the food has so much potential. Daniel needs to find a new line of work or figure out how to manage effectively. Kitchen needs some work. Hopefully they can figure this out.. would love to speak to the owner.

Beautiful restaurant! The food and drinks were wonderful!! We celebrated my twins 18th birthday dinner here.. Sydney was the hostess that made our reservations. She was the sweetest and most patient person.Chuck was our server, he was amazing! We had a party of 15. Chuck was patient, attentive and kind!Whenever I return, I will definitely request him.Thanks Biaggi's for making my daughter's 18th memorable.

Ate there for the first time yesterday. The restaurant was not crowded. Our waitress was a joke for everything we requested we had to ask her repeatedly. The food was terrible we ordered the capenelli De mare… Seafood was over done as well as the pasta… there wasn’t enough sauce…everything was cold. We won’t be back

Besides the long wait for our food we were told that they ran out of dessert even though we ordered some prior to ordering our food.That is also after seeing the table adjacent to ours getting served their dessert.Dessert was for my birthday.

The food was good but the service was terrible. The waiter disappeared for long periods, could not get refills and it took forever to order appetizers and to get our entrees. That was a shame because we had come there after my mom's memorial service because it was her favorite restaurant. The air-conditioning was arctic and he finally turned in off for us just before we left. Really disappointing, considering how long it took to even get a seat.
