Corrina the manager was far from satisfactory. She lack professionalism and failed to address my concerns. I approached her with a problem, she showing no willingness to resolve the issue.

Chicken was cold and barely had sauce service was poor and restaurant tables and floor could've been a lot cleaner.
Waiter refused to seat us after we told them there were 6 after the last two came they told us to POP A

Made a reservation at this Buffalo Wild Wings many weeks ago because it was the only place taking reservations on Christmas Day. We were traveling and arrived to find them closed... even after I received multiple confirmations from OpenTable for this reservation. They need to be removed from OpenTable.

UPDATE** November 26th 2023So I'm back in town and had a choice of revisiting this location or going to the one a little bit closer to where my family lives. And I chose this location. And I'm so glad I did !! My server named Michael made sure my order went in fast and came out hot and delicious. My glass stayed full of cold beer. What more can I ask for? He's top notch and I will make this my Football Sunday go to when I'm in town. Great job B Dubs, keep it up.Asked for all flats, got drums and flats. Sauce was old, made me sick. The customer service was good!

I’ve visited this location many times in past and have always had a pleasant experience. I went on Veterans Day because they offered us 10 wings and fries at no cost. I definitely appreciate this!!! It’s very kind and thoughtful.My cousin (his 1st visit) and I were discussing the many television sets. He was amazed at all the television sets. I asked one of the workers how many had been installed and he said he wasn’t sure. So I decided to count and there were 66. The number could possibly be higher but definitely not lower. No matter where you sit, you can easily watch a tv!This is the best place to go if you love sports bars. I absolutely love the atmosphere. It’s loud because of television’s and customers talking but that’s the norm for such an establishment. There were kids there and no reason not to be because kids also love wings and some love sports!The gentleman at take out was very friendly and allowed me to take his photo to post! I appreciate that!!! I highly recommend this location if you love eating wings and watching sports!!! ? ?Kid-friendliness: Definitely can bring kids but seems more like an atmosphere for adults to me.
