We’ve been customers for a few years but not anymore. They must have new staff/management.. They Never can get an order correct. It’s so frustrating…
Obviously NO-ONE can read food tickets and the manager isn’t managing anything but excuses for the staff.
I hate to write bad reviews about local restaurants but this place has gone downhill fast! Don’t waste your money or time.

I don’t know, it’s just kinda meh and hit and miss. Service kinda meh too. Just picked up dinner for a birthday dinner, one of our sides was wrong and the bun on one of the burgers was burned. And the smash burger was kinda pitiful, like it came from Sonic. Probably not going back.

I think the term now is MID. We had burgers, chicken tenders and waffles and bbq nachos. Very basic tasting smash burger, nacho chips were very thin and didn’t have much bbq meat. They were a little soggy. It was $40 which was expensive for the amount and quality.

I ordered a double burger, no side with water. Not sure it’s worthy of a $19.50 price. For me I wanted protein and the flavor was 6 out of 10.

The service was awesome, but the food wasn't seasoned at all.My fries were cold my bread pudding was dried out and we didn't get it until we were about to leave. But I did leave a tip for the waitress, because she was very nice an patient and the boot that we sought at was so low maintenance and needs to be upgraded

My husband was in the bathroom when he saw one of the kitchen staff in the bathroom using the gloves he used in the kitchen. He didn't throw the gloves in the trash, left the bathroom without washing his hands and went to the kitchen. The staff were flirting with one of the customers, totally unprofessional.

please bring back the ribs, its hard to identify as a BBQ restaurant and not offer ribs.

The staff were extremely helpful and provided detailed information on what is best to order. AK, my server, made THE BEST Bloody Mary I’ve ever had.

Solid food for sure. Guy that took out order seemed distracted and it was a slow order process, but besides that it was a great place.
