Caet [seafood I oysterette]

The crusted tuna was awesome. I took the suggestion of the wait staff on it and the food did not disappoint. The sauce that came with it was flavorful and a great pairing. Also a great selection of bourbons.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Cait. The redfish had superb flavor and was cooked to perfection. Her hanger steak was tender and delicious. Our waiter was very attentive - he kept an eye on our drinks and offered refills before we could ask. We'll be going back soon!

First off, the location is in a superb location. Atmosphere is great. Super busy and bustling place, especially during dinner and/or the weekends. The oysters were not as good as I've had at other places but still good none the less. Appetizers are definitely shareable and enough for a whole table! The cauliflower was not my favorite. The charcuterie board was awesome. The catfish was super crispy and thin but they give you a TON. I had the gumbo and it was excellent! Definitely will be back and will try some other things!

Yesterday was my first time eating here. Corey was our server. He was the best server I've had in a long time, and I was out quite frequently. My filet was the most tender I've ever eaten in my 42 years of living it just needed to be seasoned more, and the Brussel w/ bacon were too salty. I would definitely give this restaurant a 9/10.

The food might be decent, but it’s completely overshadowed by the unprofessional and downright hostile behavior of the owner Jennifer Emerson. She yelled at her staff in front of customers, belittling them loudly across the dining area. No employee deserves to be treated that way especially not in front of a full room of patrons. It created such a tense and negative atmosphere and I won’t support a business that treats its staff with such blatant disrespect. Do better and stop bullying teens.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The service, food and atmosphere are excellent. You get what you pay for!

From Chicago, this place could stand up in any major city. The food was fantastic; the fish was fresh, the flavors were perfect, and the service was excellent. I don’t see a lot of places offer half bottles of wine, but seeing that they did, I was most appreciative. Would 100000% come back.

The Redfish Anna was delicious. Our server Alex was awesome.

I am accustomed to being slightly disappointed by the supposedly GREAT restaurants in the Jackson , MS area. NOT this time ! CAET met & exceeded our expectations on every level. Well done Owners, chefs, and servers . Goodbye Char… hello CAET!

The food was delicious! The service was good.

Good food for sure. Not the best I've ever had but definitely good. Service was quick and attentive which I like. For those looking for more interaction, you might be left wanting. For me, it was perfect. I don't like to be bothered while I eat.

Everything from the food to the service to the atmosphere was outstanding. The steak and burger were elite, and the caramel tart was probably the best dessert we've ever had from any restaurant.

Excellent quality food, very delicious Redfish Anna, salads, gumbo, oysters, all were top notch. Service by Perrin was attentive and efficient. Recommend the Redfish Anna and the Jackson Hot Catfish appetizer. Wedge salad was also awesome!
