CAET is one of those restaurants that just gets it right every time. The food is always prepared with care and flavor. Some of my favorites are the Jackson Hot Catfish, the Crab Claws, Crab Cakes, the Lobster & Veal, and definitely the CAET Burger. Every dish tastes intentional — seasoned well, cooked well, and plated beautifully.
The staff is always lovely, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell they take pride in the experience they create here. The energy is warm, the service is consistent, and the cocktails always hit just right.
If you’re looking for quality, atmosphere, and food made with love — this is it.

The crusted tuna was awesome. I took the suggestion of the wait staff on it and the food did not disappoint. The sauce that came with it was flavorful and a great pairing. Also a great selection of bourbons.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Cait. The redfish had superb flavor and was cooked to perfection. Her hanger steak was tender and delicious. Our waiter was very attentive - he kept an eye on our drinks and offered refills before we could ask. We'll be going back soon!
First off, the location is in a superb location. Atmosphere is great. Super busy and bustling place, especially during dinner and/or the weekends. The oysters were not as good as I've had at other places but still good none the less. Appetizers are definitely shareable and enough for a whole table! The cauliflower was not my favorite. The charcuterie board was awesome. The catfish was super crispy and thin but they give you a TON. I had the gumbo and it was excellent! Definitely will be back and will try some other things!

Yesterday was my first time eating here. Corey was our server. He was the best server I've had in a long time, and I was out quite frequently. My filet was the most tender I've ever eaten in my 42 years of living it just needed to be seasoned more, and the Brussel w/ bacon were too salty. I would definitely give this restaurant a 9/10.
The food might be decent, but it’s completely overshadowed by the unprofessional and downright hostile behavior of the owner Jennifer Emerson. She yelled at her staff in front of customers, belittling them loudly across the dining area. No employee deserves to be treated that way especially not in front of a full room of patrons. It created such a tense and negative atmosphere and I won’t support a business that treats its staff with such blatant disrespect. Do better and stop bullying teens.
I highly recommend this restaurant. The service, food and atmosphere are excellent. You get what you pay for!
From Chicago, this place could stand up in any major city. The food was fantastic; the fish was fresh, the flavors were perfect, and the service was excellent. I don’t see a lot of places offer half bottles of wine, but seeing that they did, I was most appreciative. Would 100000% come back.
The Redfish Anna was delicious. Our server Alex was awesome.
