Had a very BAD experience here. I understand places get busy but don’t rush paying customers! QUESO was WATERY! DRINKS tasted TERRIBLE! When I tried to order a drink, the waiter was trying to convinence me not to, because it would take too long (5 min) ..... FYI if that’s the case good waitrs let you know upon sitting you, to get the drink order out of the way. Basically, he didn’t want us to buy a drink because he didn’t feel like making it... When I got it, couldn’t drink it because it was so nasty. I asked for my money back for the drink, the waiter said no. When I attempted to ask the manager if I could get a refund or change the drink he cut me off, rudely said “no, you can drink it, we don’t remake or give refunds”..... I again asked “If a customer doesn’t like something you won’t remake it or give a refund?”, He said no. I don’t know what moons and planets have to be reconfigured for a refund but they DON’T GIVE REFUNDS. I recorded him saying this. So unless he doesn’t give refunds to BLACK WOMEN only, just know that’s the general policy. I left this place feeling like I wasted $20 at place that doesn’t appreciate its customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Better off going to Senor Taco on Old Canton Road.

We had a wonderful time meeting our new in-laws. The food, service, atmosphere was perfect. Hate to say the bathroom 🚻 was not up to standards.

Food is good but meat is not the same as it used to be to be the ground beef to be exact ordered enchiladas. Looks like ground turkey has no seasoning in it . I was expecting a blast from the past but instead I got bland and scary looking meat

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I came from out of town to see a friend and was excited to try it. The service was okay at first, but my waiter never checked on our table or offered to refill our drinks.

I’m from California and I love Mexican food, so I had high expectations. I ordered steak, eggs, and rice. However, I wasn’t informed that the restaurant doesn’t serve scrambled eggs — something my waiter failed to mention. When the food arrived, the steak was dry. I politely asked if I could order something else, but I was told I would still have to pay for the meal, which I didn’t think was fair.

I asked to speak with the manager. When he came over, he was extremely hostile and even yelled in my face. Although the issue was eventually resolved, I later found out he made the waiter pay for the meal I didn’t like.

As someone who has been a waitress before and takes customer service seriously, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Mexican restaurant. I hope management learns to treat customers — and their staff — with more respect.

Was looking forward to a nice steak happy plate on a Sunday night with the family. However, to my surprise, it appeared that an olive had found its way onto my dish. I was left speechless when I took a closer look and it was a screw in the middle of my meal. This is unacceptable and my family will not return for a long time.

All around great restaurant, had a blast! Each table has its own seasoning shaker for the chips which I very much appreciate. The fajitas were off the hook and the waitstaff were very attentive and fast as lightning! If they opened up for breakfast I’d come in for that too.

I was sitted down. Others after me were waited on . Then I had to get up and ask the front that I needed to order. The waiter came and didn’t understand English .
I then requested another waiter. He came back . I then had to tell him again.

This was the Worst experience I have had here!

Will think twice before I go again.

Do not waste your time.

We were staying at a local hotel and ordered takeout from here. The menu had a variety of choices with the exception of a combination meal for dinner. The menu indicated that this option was only available for lunch(?). Our order was ready quickly so five stars for service. Food was hot and delicious - we will dine here again if we stay in this area of Mississippi.

A typical Mexican restaurant. Not good for large parties.

Wanted to love this place because it was so highly recommended, but can't. $7 bowl of queso was watery. Tamale was dried and hardened, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp? Worst part was the waiter who rushed us out of there because we had the nerve to come in at 8:15 when they closed at 9:00 on a Friday. Place was packed so it's definitely a popular place. It's a lot of food for the money. Still, can't recommend this place when the waiter treats you like an inconvenience.

Would definitely recommend to anyone! 1st time here and definitely 9 out 10! NO complaint, food and alcohol beverage where inexpensive. Within in 5-10 mins of ordering our food was arriving. Although it was slightly not what I order but overall experience was great!

Let me preface this review by saying this: Normally I love cazadores. For years, whenever I would go, it would be a generally positive experience. Good food would overshadow rather average service. Sadly, I think those days of Cazadores have come and gone. Service is not up to par AT ALL.

I recently went and was neglected practically my whole service, to the point where my party had to consistently remind our waiter that we had never received our cheese dip for 35 minutes after receiving our food. Mind you, cheese dip takes around 20 seconds to prepare — You ladle a spoonful of premade cheese into a cup…How hard could it be? But I looked passed it. “Maybe they are just slammed,” I thought to myself. Come to find out, this is just the level of service they are giving to customers these days. Shameful, to be frank.

Things worsened at the close of my dining experience - if you even want to call it that. Upon paying for my bill - 56 dollars - our waiter took my receipt and verbally expressed dissatisfaction a disgust with the tip we left. I couldn’t believe it. In my many years of eating out, I have NEVER had a waiter or waitress feel so inclined to a “big” tip after providing terrible customer service. The waiter asked “This is all, on 56 dollars??” In response to the 6.80 tip I left.

When I confronted management about this interaction, they brushed it off. In fact, they asserted that I should have tipped 20%. My jaw was on the floor at this point. Am I being pranked?? Where is the camera crew? Jokes over guys. But no, this was their real response to a real complaint from a customer. Yikes. I recommend any person wanting Mexican either: 1.) Be prepared to tip 50% on your bill for bad service or 2.) Go to one of the many other Mexican dining spots in the area like El Ranchito, El Sombra, Plato Feliz, Papitos, etc.
