The services was terrible. As soon as we order the food came out which was a concern that they are not cooking any of the items fresh. My food was cold and I ask for some cheese to poor over the tacos at least something would be hot. He wanted to charge me for the cheese. I’m not paying for cooks negligence. I sent it all back horrible experience.

I enjoyed this restaurant the first time coming! The drinks are very good! I hated my second time coming the experience sucked. I found a gnat in my pitcher of alcohol and spoke with the manager about the situation and getting a new pitcher and he said he would resolve the issue. I literally saw him put his hand in the pitcher trying to get the gnat out with another employee standing by trying to hide him near the front entrance. When he was confronted he had a nasty attitude told us to get out!!!

GO TO EL RANCHITO INSTEAD!!! We were a party of 6 at 7:50 on a Saturday night. They did not warn us before sitting us that they closed at 9:00or would forcibly make us uncomfortable & push us out at that time. They sat us at 7:55 & immediately told us we needed to order after sitting that the kitchen & they were closing at 9:00. At 8:45 they started making everybody in the restaurant uncomfortable by cleaning tables and putting seats on table tops making them feel like they needed to be done eating what is infront of them. At 8:50 we counted multiple employees & the manager standing in a corner staring at us to leave. At 8:53 they started shutting off lights to the restaurant. THE SERVICE WAS NOT ONLY ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BUT SO WAS THE FOOD AND ATMOSPHERE!!! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND NOT EVER GOING.

Highly disappointed in the service. Server was less than attentive. We never received any refills, and he brought our checks before we were done. Manager was very rude and told us he needed our table. I tried to call back to speak with the manager, and he hung the phone. Do not eat here!! They do not care about their customers. This is not the first time I have experienced their lack of customer service, but it will be the last. I suggest trying the many other Mexican restaurants in the area.

Amidst the positive aspects, there remains an area for improvement: flavor. Upon my first bite, I found the food a touch on the bland side. While the generous portions are admirable, they do little to distract from the need for a more robust flavor profile. The dishes, though beautifully presented and ample in size, left me yearning for a deeper culinary experience.
