It’s the telling me they don’t see an order but I have an online receipt, it’s the people asking where it is but I already paid money. I’m sure they just closed out the order because they wanted to and I’m also a restaurant manager as well, if you don’t control your night staff your store will fail. My staff would never embarrass me like that, get it together. You are a Chicfila your standards are LOW.

We are eating there almost every week since their opening because it is near our therapist but I compared to clinton one the clinton one is the best. They need to change the manager there and some of employees

We were charged for an order that we did not receive because of problems on the Mobil app. I spoke with the manager, Beth, who handled the refund immediately! There is no customer service anywhere like this! Beth was friendly and efficient! This particular location is fabulous as well. Always buttoned up and efficient!

Food has been wrong 3 times in a row after going through drive through. So then you must park and go in anyway. It’s also pretty slow compared to other chick fil a’s. It can’t be that hard to read off the order and put it in the bag I mean come on guys

This may well be the slowest Chick-fil-A in the country with the worst service. Spent 35 minutes waiting for a simple order when the store was not busy. Chick-fil-A is really falling off on their service.

Better check your food. Made my food incorrectly. Ordered the bacon maple sandwich and it just had grill chicken, lettuce and tomato. No cheese. No bacon. Nothing advertised.
