This is my second time at this location and being treated rudely I thought maybe the first time it was just a fluke, but this time it was by a man that says he’s the owner. I ordered chicken salad. That had absolutely no taste and I was told that he’s not going to replace it and that I can leave. He doesn’t need anyone in his store complaining about his food.😢😢😢😢😢

Olivia's Old South on a croissant with an extra scoop & my extra side was grape salad. The whole meal is to die for (not literally, but you know what I mean. ). I even suggested the Olivia's Old South to another soon to be customer of Chicken Salad Chick. She tried another kind but liked Olivia's Old South better. It was just sweet enough for her.

I recently visited Chicken Salad Chick and tried their Chicken Salad BLT with a side of pasta salad. The combination of the creamy chicken salad with the crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomato was a hit—the flavors blended together perfectly without overwhelming each other. The bread was soft but sturdy enough to hold all the ingredients without falling apart. The pasta salad was a nice, light side, with a tangy flavor that balanced the richness of the BLT. Overall, the portions were generous, and the meal left me satisfied but not too full. I’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu!

Staff at the counter were rude. I stood there for 5 minutes while two girls talked. They finally ask me what I wanted. Then never said thank you or anything. They delivered the food with no silverware and when I ask if I could get some the girl acted like I had ask for a million bucks...

All tasted great, however, the BLT didn't have bacon on it and the chicken salad I picked did not have pecans in it as advertised.

I've been here twice with my wife and kid. Both times we felt welcomed and the food was amazing. I had the Sassy Scotty the first time and decided second time to get a scoop of it plus the Fruity Fran. Both are fantastic. The quality is consistent in both times I had the Sassy Scotty. Fruity Fran had the perfect mix to get the right amount fruit and chicken in each bite. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it doesn't go unnoticed by my family. 10,000,000/10, highly recommend.

Just opened. Lots of good food (chicken salad is one of my weaknesses)! I had the Kickin’ Kaye Lynn because I like spicy and it was definitely spicy. Not even their spiciest level! I will be back.
