I've been here twice with my wife and kid. Both times we felt welcomed and the food was amazing. I had the Sassy Scotty the first time and decided second time to get a scoop of it plus the Fruity Fran. Both are fantastic. The quality is consistent in both times I had the Sassy Scotty. Olivia's Old South on a croissant with an extra scoop & my extra side was grape salad. The whole meal is to die for (not literally, but you know what I mean. ). I even suggested the Olivia's Old South to another soon to be customer of Chicken Salad Chick. She tried another kind but liked Olivia's Old South better. It was just sweet enough for her.
