Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love Chipotle, but this location should be shut down! Horrible management! Disrespectful employees. Was threatened by "management." Although she refused to give me her name. Rice was not cooked all the way. Steak wasn't ready. The sign says they open at 10:45am yet they didn't open till after 11am. They opened with a nasty attitude. I could go on and on but I won't be wasting anymore time. I will not be returning. I guess good help is hard to find these days.

I ordered online, only to find that lettuce was missing. And the food taste horrible. Rice was undone.!

I did a fast lane order 10 minutes before 3:00pm. Which my order would be ready for pick up at 3:00. I arrived to the location at 2:58pm and sat in the fast line til 3:25 waiting for my food. The kicker is , I was the only person in line. Plus no one even came to the window until about 5-10 mins after I approached. So again, what’s the purpose of fast lane if it’s not fast???

Very good food. Lot of options for vegetarian and Nonveg also. Courteous staff. Always goto place.

I’ve eaten a lot of Chipotle while traveling. This was 10/10 the best one I’ve ever been to. Smoked brisket was ???.

This place should be closed or they will diminish Chipotle brand for sure. It was only 6pm and they ran out half of the ingredient. Spilt food was everywhere, tables look never been cleaned and the kitchen looked disgusting which made me worrying if I get food poison after eatting. Of course no forks and napkins. Very understaffed so they confused customers food while they are making food. It was my first time not finishing my food even though Chipotle is my favorite.

Such an unfriendly staff and the RICE WAS HARD AND CRUNCHY!!!! Also they are very stingy with the meat proportions! We won't go back!

I had a terrible experience with this location, I went here and got in line for about 10 minutes because it was busy and finally ordered what I wanted but as my bowl got to the end of the line to the person that puts the top on your food something fell out of his nose and right into my food. Then as I’m telling the guy I saw it he was trying to play it off like he didn’t know what I was talking about with a smirk on his face. It happened twice cause i told them to remake it and after the second time I just left the restaurant cause I felt like that was a clear sign.

Food decent. I’ve been to this chipotle 3 times in past 3 days and I feel bad because they are severely understaffed. Always out of something like chicken or the main proteins. Only one person cooking. Very messy all over the place. Flooded in half the store and no mop. They need new management for sure.

Dry food were all over the counter top and containers and spread to the cash register. Water on the floor. Drink area was fifty and spill soda on the counter top. Health department need to shut it down until it is cleaned up

Went to this location on Friday. The floor was soaking wet and there was standing water inside the building. The service was slow and there didn't seem to be a leader of any kind working that night. Even though we got there 3 hours before close, they were out of the main ingredients. They didn't have any beans and they were out of meat. To add insult to injury, they let you wait in line forever, never announced that they are out of food and wouldn't be making anymore, and were completely unapologetic. We left without making a purchase. It is unlikely that we will be back as the service has really declined at this location.

First time visiting this place. disappointed. Area was very dirty, as they prep the food they wouldn't even clean the countertop. One girl was staying busy serving while getting the register because her help would walk away. There was to ice, and the soft drinks needed to be changed. There was a large pool of water that the water was moldy , they never cleaned it. 0+ surprised that they were busy with the service they got there.
