Would never trust this location much less the drive thru ever again. That’s beyond nasty and they know they wrong for that old slimy pink lettuce on my bowl. SMH.

Decided to stop in for lunch during a business trip. Worst chipotle experience ever. Only one single member of the team working treated me like a customer, the others were full of attitude and acted like taking my order was a task. Drink area was a mess. Planned on dining in, ended up just going back to my hotel to eat. Do better Chipotle.

I visited this Chipotle twice over one weekend, once headed south to Louisiana and again returning north a couple of days later. The food was standard Chipotle, though not as generous as other restaurants but the service varied from mediocre on my first visit to just plain bad my second visit. There was one young man really trying but his colleagues were rude, surely and dismissive. The lavatories were out of paper, the condiment bar was out of napkins and silverware and the employee at the cash register could have cared less. They were clearly understaffed but the entire restaurant was dirty, covered in trash that hadn’t been picked up and lacking in any appearance of professionalism. It appeared there were some type of managers? or other staff in the back focused on something but clearly not concerned about their co workers or customers. This is a convenient location right off the interstate but it’s a hard pass for me next time I pass through on I -55.

Everything was really nice and fast. Food was really good. The only thing I had an issue with was the bathroom. It was very unclean and the sink didn't work

The person fixing our food was not very friendly. He was pushy when we were ordering. The biggest issue is that his workstation was filthy. He put more food on the counter than he did in our bowls. He apparently drops food all over the counter all day and never bothers to clean it up. He appeared to be the manager, but I might be wrong. The garbage bins were overflowing with trash piled high out of the top opening. I'm sure that was a delight to all of the flies swarming around it. The floor was also very dirty, with visible food and sticky spills starting at the entrance. I don't know how the food tastes, but the dirty atmosphere is very unappetizing.
