Portion had little chicken and they were put of chips also... illegal burrito way better

We’re out of the honey chicken but made up for it with the portions and great service.

The only reason I keep returning is because the food is really good. The service here SUCKS. There’s literally ONE person on the line who’s making the orders and cashing out. I came here on a lunch break and was late going back. No one moves with a sense of urgency- especially when there’s 10 plus people in the line.

Got a burrito and chips total came out to $19.20 no option for tip on my end. but somehow 25$ in total was taken out of my account.

Staff are very friendly and helpful ,the foods are always good

Was hoping for at least some fresh chips, I asked the lady how long they were sitting there only to be ignored. Chips were cold and stale. Horrible food and terrible service. Avoid this place as much as possible.

I love Chipotle, but this location should be shut down! Horrible management! Disrespectful employees. Was threatened by "management." Although she refused to give me her name. Rice was not cooked all the way. Steak wasn't ready. The sign says they open at 10:45am yet they didn't open till after 11am. They opened with a nasty attitude. I could go on and on but I won't be wasting anymore time. I will not be returning. I guess good help is hard to find these days.

I ordered online, only to find that lettuce was missing. And the food taste horrible. Rice was undone.!

I did a fast lane order 10 minutes before 3:00pm. Which my order would be ready for pick up at 3:00. I arrived to the location at 2:58pm and sat in the fast line til 3:25 waiting for my food. The kicker is , I was the only person in line. Plus no one even came to the window until about 5-10 mins after I approached. So again, what’s the purpose of fast lane if it’s not fast???

Very good food. Lot of options for vegetarian and Nonveg also. Courteous staff. Always goto place.

I’ve eaten a lot of Chipotle while traveling. This was 10/10 the best one I’ve ever been to. Smoked brisket was ???.

This place should be closed or they will diminish Chipotle brand for sure. It was only 6pm and they ran out half of the ingredient. Spilt food was everywhere, tables look never been cleaned and the kitchen looked disgusting which made me worrying if I get food poison after eatting. Of course no forks and napkins. Very understaffed so they confused customers food while they are making food. It was my first time not finishing my food even though Chipotle is my favorite.

Such an unfriendly staff and the RICE WAS HARD AND CRUNCHY!!!! Also they are very stingy with the meat proportions! We won't go back!
