Probably would have been better if the food was hot. From the time I paid and got my drink the food was cold. The drinks needed to be refilled and it wasn't busy. They could've cleaned and restocked instead of standing around looking clueless. Won't be going back there. I'll stick to restaurants that serve hot fresh food. It would have been a better experience if the staff was customer service oriented. I have eaten chipotle in other states and was excited about them coming to MS but after the experience I had today at they Ridgeland location I will not be eating chipotle ever again. If they don't fix the issues at this location they will be out of business soon.

.02 miles took a whole hour because the Dasher supposed to arrived 15 mins but it took a hour because he decides to pick up another order from popeyes then said it was a long wait when all he had to do was deliver my food then go to Popeyes because I was much closer also I asked would my food be cold he said no poor customer service and Intergriity because my Dasher was not the pictured one on the profile he was a she And I will MOST DEFINITELY NOT deal with chipotle orDoor dash again especially the chipotle in ridgeland ms negative 0

Google says opens at 10:45a. 10:50a there is a line of people at the door to get in. 10:51a they open the door and tell us “it’ll be a while, we have nothing prepared.” 10:56a there are 8 hungry people on their lunch break… still waiting… 11:02a, left and headed to the Madison location. Tacky.

Me and my husband went here 9:00 last night. Granted they was getting ready to close in a hour, but the chicken was dry as hell and the steak was tough. They was out of lettuce,guacamole,corn and the queso was cold and the white rice was over cooked and when I said something the worker caught an attitude. They grill looked like it haven't been cleaned in days and the kitchen was dirty. I understand they was getting ready to close in a hour but there is no reason for the food to be cold and practically out of the major things that bring out the flavor in the bowl. I doubt this Chipotle be here long if they don't correct the issue and get workers who care about they job and don't catch attitudes with customers.
First time I've ever eaten thereunder it was delicious. I mean delicious. Which we had one where I live..Vegetarian options: It's a vegetarian delight, just don't put meat on it. Freaking guacamole was out of this world and I don't eat eat but I will there. The sauce for the chips were fabulous. Could eat that everyday no doubt.Dietary restrictions: Just don't add meat. It's really a souped up salad place. Had seating outside across from Hilton. Very very nice place or you can dine inside which was nice. I just prefer outside. Handicap amenities to the fullest from parking to accessibility inside and out. This includes seating, entrance a restroom equipped. Very awesome place.

After reviewing many bad reviews, I disagreed because my 1st experience was great but I decided to wait to give a review until I went again last night. For the second time the food was a 10/10 & customer service was pleasant and very helpful. I am vegetarian and everything I wanted was in stock including chips???? I tried the Tacos for the first time with the plant based protein with all the fixings & it was FIRE‼️‼️ I also got the vegetarian burrito bowl to bring home to share. I just ate it & it was so good!! I also must add that each time I came it was 30 minutes before closing and I still got good food and great customer service. Keep up the Great Work Team!!
