I am STILL waiting. And while waiting, 5 people behind received their order, and I only ordered a #3 combo.... Then whilst waiting, the guy comes out and asks what did I order?.........never again.

We came here on 8/25/24. We sat in line for 30 minutes waiting to order. Got to the speaker and no one answered it for another 10 minutes. We was told just about everything on the menu was discontinued. Got to the window and she gave us our ice cream and told us to wait for our food. We waited another 15 minutes. Will not be going back.

Bless their heart! No mini blizzard cups, so we couldn't order that. No "New Peach Picnic" blizzard (even though it was on the display menu). No strawberries for the cheesecake blizzard. No Oreos for any of the Oreo treats. We finally settled on the cheesecake blizzard with Carmel and Choco blizzard. Empty frozen treats freezer. Madison County, I expected better. Bless their hearts.

PSA: don’t waste your time for icecream. Gone are the days of FAST food service. We waited 20 minutes for two mini blizzards in the drive through. When we finally get them they are partially melted and not even filled to the top of the cup.

This place sucks! Didn’t have anything on the menu. Charged me out the you know what to try to duplicate it. Lady was rude. Won’t be back.

The closing hour is 10pm. I arrived at 9:30 and was told that they was not taking any more orders for the night. No, it was not busy. The lady on the speaker was very unprofessional.
