This place really was the coolest bar I’ve been to in a while. Our group of four could’ve spent hours here. Plus the drinks are really great! The butterbeer tastes like what you’d get at universal if you mix the whipped cream into it.

Please be very careful, my best friend almost died from being served shrimp tacos instead of chicken tacos. She told them that she had an extreme shellfish allergy and they didn't really care. She had to spend the night in the hospital and she almost died. The people that run the place just kept blaming each other people in the building for their carelessness and no one accepted responsibility. A night out turned into a year of hospital bills.

I went to Dogmud Tavern while driving through Jackson on the Natchez Trace, riding with my partner and my husky. We met some friends at the restaurant and had a great meal in their patio, which included heaters! The food and service was amazing and the atmosphere was so comforting, and my Husky loved being there. Dog friendly and awesome!
