I placed a pizza order at 8:20. It is 9:07 and it hasn't finished cooking. So I have called the store and have been on hold for 9 Minutes.I would really just like my money back and to cancel my order. This is just ridiculous for the prices they are charging these days. More cost, less hustle, less delivered on time, less everything.

Very slow service, I ordered food at home and it took more than 1 hour to arrive.

Placed an order over the phone, the AI robot that took my order was very frustrating. I stopped by the store to pickup the order only to find they had no record of it. They told me I probably called the wrong store, but I showed them my phone log and they agreed I called the right store. I decided to place the order again and wait on it, but was told I could not get the same discount instore as I did over the phone. I decided to go to Firehouse Subs next door - the sandwiches there were delicious.Edit: the owner replied about my experience with the AI robotic order taker and the number he left for me to call back was…the AI robotic number. That obviously didn’t work so I emailed him, but he never replied to my email. I could have written his reply to my review; it’s just a copy and paste reply hitting all the write key words but obviously means nothing. If the owner really cared the average review here wouldn’t be so bad.

We ordered one pizza at 10:30pm and we paid over the phone, well, the pizza never showed up. They literally robbed us and we called and they said it was on its way. Now it’s after midnight and they’re closed. If you have other options, go somewhere else!!!

Called about a mistake on the pizza that was delivered and the employee informed me that the manager wants me to bring the pizza to them so they can re make the order. I informed the employee that I would like for something else to be done since this was delivery and the manager (her) answer was the same. I asked to speak to the manager and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and was placed on hold again for 20 minutes. They need a new manger who actually cares for their customers concerns. Horrible customer service skills of the manager. That lady needs a new job.

We are currently in Jackson, visiting from Pensacola, Florida, and we made a stop here for dinner tonight to grab a few pizzas. Unfortunately, a few hours later, my nephew started vomiting multiple times over the past few hours , and I am experiencing severe diarrhea. This facility urgently requires an immediate investigation to determine the cause of these symptoms. The entire state's reputation is already questionable, but we were hoping for a decent pizza experience at the very least. Do better before y’all kill someone

Two hours to get it, after calling at hour 1, driver forgot something, said he’d be right back (live 5 minutes from store), waited 20 minutes, called, was told he was leaving, 15 minutes later nothing. Absolutely absurd. All around.

I DO NOT recommend. Not one person in the building was wearing gloves. Preparing pizzas or boxing them up. I can only imagine the cross contamination that people are eating with these employees not practicing proper sanitation with the food! Nobody has on any gloves touching EVERYTHING!

I placed a delivery order . Always have delivery and sometimes I’ll do pickup window but mostly delivery .Today i ordered a large pepperoni pizza for delivery in a matter of minutes it was already saying my food was out for delivery…… it was kinda of weird how my food was made so fast but i didn’t think nothing of it really.When my food delivered it was warm but i proceeded to eat . I ate about 4 slices and was starting to feel queazy . I took a nap and when i woke up i felt so awfulI never experienced food poisoning but if that was it . Horrible feeling.Really disappointed

Stay away from this particular franchise if you can. They at one point in time had a location on pine knoll and the service was superb. Ever since the new location on lake harbor has opened it has went to shambles. Tried placing an order on the app they have only to be told the system was down. Called the “store number” twice only to talk with two individuals that were clearly at home with their family. Finally get someone on the phone who tells me he is just a cook and I have to talk to his manager. Hear him say to her “got a customer on the phone and wanted it delivered” after that was said. Quickly hung up on. Called again to order only to be told that they do not have a driver currently. Pizza Hut on lake harbor will have my business from this point forward.
