Planned on trying out this place tonight. When we arrived at the restaurant, the parking lot was empty and all the lights were off. Web page says they were supposed to be open. Called the number and got an error message that my call could not be completed. Not sure they are even in business anymore.

Clearly this place is out of business and possibly running a scam because I placed a pickup order online and paid for it and when I arrived the parking lot was empty and lights were off. I plan to contact the BBB regarding this possible scam to the public. I gave a 1 star rating in order to be able to post this but they don't even deserve that. Sad way to do business!

Unique experience for the local area when ordering the hotpot. My concern is with the quality of ingredients, such as the scallops delivered were all frozen together. Other ingredients mostly seemed fine and fresh such as the cabbage and spinach. Creating your own dipping sauce is available like other hotpot restaurant locations as well with sauce and fresh ingredients available as well.

Best Chinese food in Jackson/Madison. Everything from the egg rolls to the hot pot entrée is beyond amazing and a true Chinese cuisine experience. The dipping sauces really allow you to tailor the flavor to your liking. We love the food and the staff and would highly recommend this restaurant.

We had never been to a hotpot restaurant so weren't sure what to expect. We had dumplings and soup and then split the combo for one. Portions were huge and we took a ton of food home. We will definitely be back!

Hotpot is a fun and unique dining experience. Just order what meats and veggies you want alacarte and cook it in the broth. We prefer the spicy broth and usually get the premium beef and lamb with brocolli and several kinds of mushrooms. It is also nice to poach eggs in the broth. You can't good food much more fresh than cooking it yourself. Highly recommended experience.

L O V E this cute place. Im so glad there is something different in the Jackson Metro area! The dumplings were A M A Z I N G. The hotpot was fun. I proudly wont do the hotpot again because it was a lot for the 2 of us. I will only do hotpot with a group of 4 or more. I really enjoy their options on the menu! The place was very clean. The service was quick and awesome!

The food is good. Though the first time we went here, he have to wait for 15 to 20 minutes and we just ended up leaving the place. We were already seated, the menu were given but no one returned to us and ask us if we were ready to order.
