Twice we came at lunch and sat 15 minutes before even being served. The first time, the server said it was his fault because he was new and didn’t let them know we were there. The second time, today, every table around us was served and we weren’t even acknowledged. The hostess was nice and apologetic but it wasn’t her issue.

We have breakfast at E.A.T.S everytime we're in Ridgeland. Wecoming at home atmosphere. Delicious pancakes and sausage with real maple syrup. The bowel of hash browns and eggs is filling too. And the best coffee!

We were sat a a dirty table. Every single table available was dirty and there were a lot. The floor hadn’t been swept in quite sometime. We got a hot dog, fries and a side salad and we are on minute 40 with still no food. Other tables who walked in way before us have already eaten and left. It’s a good thing my husband is nice because I have tried to leave three times.

My family and I regularly visit E.A.T.S. after church. However yesterday when we went it after our food arrived my tots were cold. I notified the waitress and she was very nice about it. The manager came and I told her what was wrong and I would like some fresh tots and she told me I would be CHARGED for fresh tots. I was so confused and asked what was she going to do with the tots and she said put them back in the grease the ones I already had. She left and came back and told me she had to get a feel of the tots to determine if they were really cold so she placed them back in the grease. I’m confused more at this time because she had to touch the tots herself before still continuing to drop the old cold one in the grease. Moments later not even 10 mins she brought us our check and asked if we needed to go boxes when I just begun to eat. This was very disappointing service from A MANAGER!

Food was comparable to waffle house while being more expensive. Server was inefficient; didn't offer refills, never checked on table after dropping off food, and forgot multiple requests.

Don't know what we did to irritate our server but it must've been monumental. Our server was aloof and disinterested in our table. Half our requests were forgotten, refills were offered only as we were finishing up. The food was ok; I must say I've had better at Waffle House.

Sunrise breakfast sandwich is hands down one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. Thought i would miss the hash browns but I totally did not! Whenever I go to Madison I make sure I go here at least once. I have turned a couple of friends on, that live here, now they frequent

I wish I could give this diner 0 stars!! My wife and I were visiting Mississippi and stopped by this diner around lunchtime. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant was filthy. The tables were sticky and the whole place felt unclean. The owner, Ms. Ashley, was openly horrible to her employees; she yelled and screamed at them in front of customers and even made our server cry. I was very uncomfortable sitting there and listening to it. The food was mediocre, and I feel so bad for the employees who have to work under such management. We will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
