Definitely geared toward the older crowd but the food was great with huge portions. Artichoke hearts were perfectly crispy and delicious, wedge was good but order dressing on side, and filet was like butter and cooked perfectly. could use more seasoning on steak and broccoli.

The ribeye was very good, the side of fries was huge and the service was great. A choice of local beers were very much enjoyed so we could discover a bit of the local made.

Wonderful fine dining experience. Upon entering the restaurant are warmly greated by the hostess, inregards to reservations. In the distance you can barely hear faint conversations over the distinct sound of silverware touching porcelain plates. I knew then I was in the right place for a great meal. Our waitress Amanda greated us promptly and quickly took our drink and food orders. We started with the Shrimp and Crawfish dip truly a warm creamy delight. Let me just say we got shrimp with every dip! We then placed our entree orders. My wife ordered the 6oz Fillet Louisiane (med well). Her steak was like butter! It melted in your mouth. Then it came topped with (3) large perfectly cooked shrimp and creamy sauce. I selected the 18-20oz Ribeye (med well). This steak was a nicely sized and seasoned with a great seard exterior crust and just the right amount of marbling top with seasoned butter. The steaks both came with your choice of salad. We choice the house with homemade ranch dressing. We order (2) sides the Cheesy Bacon and Brocolli Au-gratin, and the Asiago Mac and Cheese. The mac and cheese was a true pallet pleaser by itself. The broccoli was tender with just enough snap, with bacon and cheeese very pleased with it. These sides were great portions and enough to share. The that manager that night was Chris, half way towards then end of our meal, he greated us at the table and thanked us for dining at Ely's for our anniversary. That was very nice. Most managers aren't known or seen until an issue arises. Lastly we fished the experience with the rich and flavorful Salted Carmel Cheescake.
To get the reservation time we needed we chose the Bar dining area. The patrons at the bar were a little above conversational volume. Next time I will make my reservations earlier so we can get a table in the dining room.
Traveling through, we stopped and enjoyed the shrimp and crab dip, filet, steak fries, house salad and bread pudding. All were 10/10. Our medium steaks were cooked perfectly. Beautiful atmosphere. Service was impeccable even though the Mosleys who sat next to us, had a starring problem,as my husband's tattoos and ear piercing made us less than the same class as they were.
The food and service were wonderful, as always. However, our experience was greatly diminished by a very loud table of women sitting next to us. It really wasn't anything the manager could've done anything about, but it totally ruined my evening. I had gone there to enjoy an outing with my husband, not to listen to them talk about their bridge games and Pilates classes.
This is my go to spot for special occasions! It was my 1st time making a reservation on Open Table. The $25 fee required if I didn't make it & only available time being just before closing was very deceiving! I suggest you call the restaurant. We went 45 mins early & we were seated immediately (open tables everywhere / maybe they were short-staffed). The food was amazing, but our steaks were a little on the salty side. All of our sides & fish were perfectly cooked & seasoned. You must try the eggplant & blue crab claw appetizers! The staff worked as a team to ensure we had a great experience in an intimate setting.

A wonderful dining experience. Food was delicious and service was impeccable!! Our server, Amanda was knowledgeable and attentive to all our needs. Thank you for another amazing meal.
We chose Ely's to celebrate my wife's birthday. We have dined there numerous times before and have never been disappointed. The food and extraordinary service makes it a top choice for special occasions. Our cocktails were served very promptly and our server, Christin, gave us ample time to decide on our meals. My wife chose the scallops which were excellent while my son, his girlfriend and I choice steaks (filets and a ribeye). Sides of asparagus, sauteed mushrooms added a great taste treat. We shared a bread pudding which was decorated with "Happy Birthday". We will definitely return!!
This restaurant was great. The food ,atmosphere, and service were top notch. The steak was like cutting butter with a warm butter knife. The veggies were even good. Really enjoyed myself and hope to be welcomed back in the near future. Also thoroughly enjoyed the background music. The photo does not do the steak justice.
