My coffee hot was served to me cold . My taste more like milk than coffee I was very disappointed So asked the young lady at the window could she heat the coffee up she took over 30 minutes to bring my coffee back to the window no napkins

The woman working this morning is so rude! I couldn't get her name because her name tag was scratched out. The guy who works in the mornings is always awesome. She practically threw my food at me after waiting 15-20 minutes. She helped people who came in after me before me. Horrible customer service experience. Shouldn't work around people if you can't have a decent attitude towards customers.

I came in the store to get something to go at 8:30. They don’t close until 9 PM. Everyone of them down to the manager rolled their eyes and was very rude because they had already started cleaning up for the night. I love firehouse subs, but come on guys do better!! What happened to customer service what happened?!!!!!!! Probably won’t ever be back here again

I don’t know who made the meatball pepperoni subs on 5-7-24 at 11:08, but they deserve some praise. My sandwich was flawless, and I don't throw that word around often. The bread was soft, the meatballs had great texture, and the cheese was melted perfectly. It had those golden brown spots like a 1990s Pizza Hut deep-dish pizza. I can't say enough nice things about this staff working that day or the sandwich they made for me. I will be getting another one soon!

I went to this place twice and each time they messed up my order i ask for no tomatoes and added a few ingredients, they never added the ingredients i wanted and they still added tomatoes, my bf went back inside and just she removed the tomatoes and gave him back the sandwich. nothing but kids work there, i never see a manager in this place, this restaurant gets a 1 star.. ima forever go to the one in madison

Every time I’ve come here the customer service is horrible. Nobody greets you, they act like they would rather not be there providing CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everybody just walks around like they have no purpose in life. dry attitudes. a girl was texting on the phone before taking my order. i’m assuming she’s the manager, red shirt, but she acted like she didn’t wanna be there either. then she just slapped my order on the counter and didn’t even let me know when it was ready. when she finally did, she spoke low as hell and they just walked off. i will continue to go to the madison store because the people here are terrible. only reason i was coming is because it’s close to my house but i’ll make that drive to madison for better service smh

They were not letting anybody in after 8:15

Second time ordering a club house sub without onions and they put onions on it everytime. The manager even argued with me, saying she watched them make my sandwich. My ticket clearly says, no onions.
