Each time I come into this restaurant I’m always greeted by the lady Shawanna (I think that’s her name) She’s always so pleasant and professional. If she isn’t the store manager, she definitely needs to be.

I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers with dressings, a hamburger with dressings, and a plain hamburger. The hamburger was a bacon cheeseburger and that person cannot eat cheese! It was an online order. There were literally 2 customers there. They were not busy and just simply chose not to follow the ticket order. It’s a BURGER place. How do you not know the difference between a hamburger and a cheeseburger. I’ve called the location and cannot get anyone to answer!
