Double hamburger with grilled onions and mushrooms was wonderful. Large Cajun fries ? were tasty but not crispy. All diet drinks were completely out except for diet ginger ale. Which was refreshing but far from my preferred choices. All that for $25! Five guys visit 2-24-24. Review date 3-6-24.

I frequent this Five Guys almost once a week. The burger and fries are always spot on! Hot fries, hot and correct burger — no problem with the food.The service is what’s making me give it 4 stars. Staff often seems hassled by taking my order — as though they’d rather not deal with my want to order a burger. But sometimes their more friendly, though that’s like every one out of four or five times.Overall, a good Five Guys.Kid-friendliness: Could totally take your kid there.

The food here is good, However the employees NOT too much. The employees literally were talking to each other about customers, snickering and making fun of paying customers. Management needs to be told about this. This happened on 11/9/23. It was a guy , and a girl in the back. Again Management needs to be called about

I was a little disappointed today by a corporate/local store upper management decision. Apparently they took away the option to order a "solo patty". I have a super restricted diet and this is one of the very FEW places I can find 100% beef cooked without seed oils! So my 3 Patty order went up from $9 (rounded up total) to $13.81. (Now paying for a full meal plus an extra patty charge!) other than this adjustment, I give the staff and the food itself . Bring the solo patty option back and I will change my review to .
