Great American Cookies

Ordered a cookie cake for someone’s birthday and picked it up 30 mins before the party. Got home and opened it and it was very sloppy work. Colors didn’t match, birthday was spelled birtday. They started the messaging to low because of some weird design they put on the top, so they ran out of space for the name and just crunched it in there. Took it back and they wouldn’t make a new one and just scraped it off and tried to redo it. It wasn’t much better and could see the scraped icing on the bottom. Definitely skip this place and drive to Flowood or Pearl. Wish I could share a pic.

Unbelievable. We drove all the way across town and arrived at 7:25 (they close at 8:00pm) and the help was mopping the floor and the doors were locked. 4 cars in the parking lot and more driving up and she said we needed to call Phil Whitehead at Headquarters if we had an issue because he said close and hour early to save money since the students were out of town. YGBSM ! What about us locals that live here 52 weeks a year and support all these businesses. We went to YaYas and they were open as usual - my advice is “locals spend your money with those who care about us”.

Called late afternoon for a party the next day, yeah me procrastinating. They told me they could have it ready in an hour. Sure enough ready and prepared as requested. Thank you!! As far as the price people are complaining about, yeah it’s not inexpensive. But if you’re so worried about price, make your own.

I called first thing in the morning, as I didn't Know what time they opened. Keira answered the phone and was so delightful. She was such a help including repeating back the name that I wanted on the cookie cake, she knew prices, and reassured me that the cake would be big enough for the number of people I needed it for. She also, on her own, asked if I was taking it to a school and offered to cut the cake prior to icing it. She was such a delight to work with. Thank you Keira!

North park mall ridgeland, ms... If I could give a negative star review I would. Every time I come here it’s never pleasant. Today tipped me over the edge. I was craving a cookie so bad but when I walked up to the counter there were 3 employees loudly yelling at each other and not one of them even acknowledged that I was there. I waited to see if they would wrap up their conversation but no. When I got irritated enough with them I walked away obviously irritated, one of them yelled behind me “you’re welcome” in the most disrespectful and sarcastic tone. I will never visit another store again because I refuse to shop with a company that hires people with no respect or care.

That is the worst customer service I have ever had from the cookie store.The lady was so unhelpful that I will drive 30 mins to another store just to get a cake.
