Should of read the last post this was very depressing along with the alpastor and the rice was dry every was flavorless this was actually very depressing
Great food and great service.
Decent food, a step up from the mom and pop type Mexican restaurants but still essentially the same food. Free chips and salsa, good portions.
Got this traveling thru Mississippi. The beef was dry, the cilantro was browning and the tortilla was wet. But the chips and salsa were amazing.
The hostess quickly got my pickup order from the back, way faster than expected.
DON NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT because you never know who is in the kitchen and I paid $17 for 3 greasy tiny shrimp tacos! And when the food is bad all you’ll hear are excuses with no apology.
Bottom line, very high priced tiny tacos that you eat if you want a snack. I’ve gone because my friend enjoys it. If you are hungry forget this place because you’ll have to eat more food a few hours later.
I’m NEVER going back. I ordered the Birria Taco’s. I have had them a few times but this time they came out greasy. I asked Renn why were they so greasy and she said that was normal. I told her I just had that I just had them Sunday and I didn’t have to wipe grease off that day or never. I had only ate the shrimp out and told her I will pay for shrimp but not the grease.
The manager, Paulina, came with her hands on hip. Never apologized. and said we can discount etc. I told her to take the $17 for the tacos and I’m never coming back. Renn lied and said that my napkin wasn’t greasy etc. I’ve been to this restaurant 3 times in the last week but this experience has sent me away for good!
I have been all over the county and this is the first time a restaurant makes excuses for food that’s unsatisfactory. My friend ordered them and they left the rice off then brought her a sauce container full of rice. Smh
Renn claimed it’s Thursday (DJ in restaurant and line dance etc) and it’s busy so the food will not be the same!! What type of low class comment is this!!! It doesn’t matter how busy you are the food quality should not decline.
My friend was also very dissatisfied with her food and service. It’s a mess. Renn has time to line dance but can’t get customers orders correct then lie about quality of food. Her tacos weren’t greasy and that’s what really pissed me off. She informed Paulina about service which was HORRIBLE and all she had to say was you still have to pay your check!
They messed up my friends check because they are too must dancing etc.
They also added gratuity for 1 guest automatically. My total was $27 ($5 for drink) 3 shrimp tacos!! This is the last dime they will get from me. I will never return for sure and I highly recommend that you don’t waste your time at this restaurant.
The DJ was good but I can’t even come back for that. The service and food sucked!!
very high dollar dry and unseasoned tacos/ meat. And includes automatic gratuity regardless of the service. Sorry, I don't want to have to tip bad cookers
Ordered to go. Maybe the one in foundren set the bar too high but was disappointed with my meal. Also, ordered chips and salsa and extra hot sauce and did not get salsa or the hot sauce

If Zeus ever threw down his thunderbolt and swapped it for a taco, it would definitely be a Taco de Birria. These tacos are so good, they could bring world peace. I took one bite and suddenly forgot all my life problems—student loans? Gone. Taxes? Who cares! All I needed was more tacos.
The birria is so tender, it's like they marinated it in unicorn tears and cooked it over the flames of a thousand phoenixes. The consomé? Oh, that’s the nectar of the taco gods. Dunk your taco in it, and you might as well be diving into a pool of pure bliss.
These tacos are the reason I wake up in the morning. They should come with a warning label: "May cause spontaneous dancing, excessive joy, and the uncontrollable urge to shout '¡Viva la Birria!' in public."
In conclusion, if you haven’t tried Tacos de Birria yet, your life is incomplete. Go now, and prepare to have your taste buds serenaded by the Mariachi band of flavor. 5 stars, because there aren’t enough stars in the universe to truly capture how amazing these are. ?

Staying in Jackson overnight on the way to Gulf Shores, we found this place close to our hotel. As a native Texan I wasn't sure about Mexican food in Mississippi, but I was proven wrong. The chips, salsa, and guacamole were absolute perfect. Their birria tacos were pure heaven, and my daughter really liked the enchiladas. The service was perfect, and the atmosphere inviting and friendly.

Ordered 7 beef and 4 chicken tacos. At first, I was told the total was around $35. I had to inquire about the "Taco Tuesday" special before the price was lowered to $24. But, hey... no problem. After receiving my order, I left and drove home. Once I got home, I realized that I received all beef tacos. I called the restaurant and explained that I did not receive the 4 chicken tacos. I asked if I could bring back four of the tacos and exchange them for chicken. The young lady said that I could bring them back. I then asked if they could go ahead and fix them so I wouldn't have to wait. She said, "Okay."Once I arrived, I had to go back and forth about the tacos as if I was trying to get something for free. If that was the case, I wouldn't have even offered to return the ones I'd received. I didn't get, "Sorry about that" or even "We apologize for the inconvenience." Instead, I was told, "We will make the chicken tacos, but next time check your bag." They even claimed that two people checked the order. If so, how did I still wind up with 11 beef tacos? Now either it wasn't double checked or someone gave me the wrong order... i don't know. Either way, that isn't for me to figure out. I just expected them to replace the four tacos that I attempted to return.I asked for the original tacos back because at that point I saw that I was not valued as a customer. I will not be treated like some random looking for a handout. Because that was the final straw, I finally talked to the manager and told her that I was the one inconvenienced and the least I could've gotten was an apology. She then apologized and refunded me for the four tacos that were made incorrectly. Oh, and I made sure to leave them there so they don't feel like they gave me anything.THE NERVE!!!! Sometimes, just a simple apology will do. I just left work and I'm tired as I can be. For me, this was about more than the $2 tacos. This was simply about the way the situation was handled, and that was NOT acceptable. We all make mistakes so I wasn't even upset about the incorrect order. But making this seem like my fault..... that is what sent me!
