Ridgeland MS store is poorly run and the Gluckstadt store is not much better. Verry inconsistent, I just don't think they care. They need have their staff train with the West Monroe staff at the Thomas Rd. store!!!

Went into Johnny’s in Ridgeland Mississippi to order a pizza. Young man said welcome to Johnny’s but no one came to counter to take my order I will not return to that Johnny’s. Have enjoyed Johnny’s pizza for years and never have I ever been into one and treated the way I was treated there. Very disappointed ☹️

My husband and I tried Johnny's today for the 1st time and despite some of the reviews, the food was fantastic and the service was great!! We will definitely be back!

Had a pizza and wings order. Arrived 5 minutes early to pickup up order and when it was time to be ready they had not even dropped the wings. Only one other customer in restaurant. No effort made to rectify the order and staff was unconcerned. Made order over 20 minutes late so pizza was cold. Horrid customer service. May try the gluckstadt location but it will be awhile. Not worth it.

I ordered a thin crispy pepperoni power, hamburger, onion and jalapeños 9/10/24. The pizza was amazing!!! I’m not sure who made it that day but I will find out and only eat there when they are there. I turned around and ordered the exact same thing today and was on the complete other end of the spectrum…. Extremely disappointed!!! The pizza was no where near what I had the previous day. It wasn’t thin or crispy, so they remade it. The second one same thing wasn’t thin or crispy and instead of hamburger I got mushrooms and all she said to me was I’m sorry. You know what no ma’am I’m sorry that I didn’t get a refund on the first mess up. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years being consistent is the key to business. I will not return to this location until something is done about this situation. I love this pizza but I refuse to eat somewhere that can’t be consistent.

I was here to service their alarm system but I ate at the Madison location and plan to eat at this one soon. They have great customer service and both the manager and assistant managers were very helpful and welcoming.
