My experience started out routine until I reached the drive-thru window. The woman cashiering at the window was cordialâshe processed my payment, informed me there would be about a 16-minute wait, and asked me to pull forward. I complied and waited patiently.
However, I ended up sitting there for nearly an hour, watching other customers receive their orders while mine never arrived. My order was simple, an 8pc chicken. Eventually, a second employee came out to ask what I was waiting for. I recognized her as the unpleasant woman I initially spoke with over the speaker.
I told her my order and askedâthree timesâhow much longer it would be. She ignored my questions and simply walked back inside without a word.
At that point, I got out of my car and went into the store to request a refund. Only then did she finally prepare my order and hand it to meâwith no apology or acknowledgment of the hour-long wait or the fact that they had forgotten my order.
This experience was frustrating and unacceptable.
P.S for fast food workers everywhere: If you dislike your job and think you can do better, then do so. The only person holding you back, is YOU. We - the customer - work too hard to spend our hard earned money at places with crappy customer service especially during times when things are only getting more and more expensive.

Went there to get the Tuesday special and didn't find out until I got to the window and already had paid that they only had original or spicy. I think I should have been told that while ordering. Customer service needs improvement. Also it would help to be courteous once you have received your order the window attendant would at least say thank you.
Lady in the driver thru was rude I pulled up to order my food and she goes you just pulled up like what else did I come to do other than order food then she cussed at me through the speaker 1 star bad service

Seems to be a common theme, but the ones up north are much better. The people these places hire down here are terrible. You would think they would know things like if a person gets mashed potatoes and gravy, maybe you should give said person a spoon. And what's the deal to give a biscuit but not have butter in stock? Do people enjoy choking on a dry biscuit down here?
