Place and paid for my order at 4:49pm. I was told that it would be 8 mins for chicken and to pull forward. I did not receive my order until 5:32pm. The only reason I chose to wait was due to my sleeping children in the vehicle. Fortunately enough, the food was hot and the order was correct.

Had a great experience at this location of KFC. The food was really good, above average versus other KFC’s. Food was hot, tasty and service was with a smile. Restaurant was fairly clean, especially after the lunch rush. I would recommend this location above most, if not all others KFC in the area. I would commend Jalessia for friendly demeanor and service with a smile, she went above and beyond to accommodate me and make it very pleasurable experience. I also commend management for hiring a great employee that truly cared.

The chicken wasn't seasoned right. Just didn't taste and look like KFC original chicken!!! They serve the worst chicken in Jackson MS!!! And the cashier was very rude. My experience lately was horrible!!! I experience much better tasting chicken at the KFC on North side Dr. in Jackson... It's sad because staff at the County Line location doesn't have pride in their job!!! I will never go back even if they were the only children franchise in the world!!!

The chicken was outstanding, the chicken and waffles were great. All items were hot and fresh 😍 👌 🙌.
My experience started out routine until I reached the drive-thru window. The woman cashiering at the window was cordial—she processed my payment, informed me there would be about a 16-minute wait, and asked me to pull forward. I complied and waited patiently.
However, I ended up sitting there for nearly an hour, watching other customers receive their orders while mine never arrived. My order was simple, an 8pc chicken. Eventually, a second employee came out to ask what I was waiting for. I recognized her as the unpleasant woman I initially spoke with over the speaker.
I told her my order and asked—three times—how much longer it would be. She ignored my questions and simply walked back inside without a word.
At that point, I got out of my car and went into the store to request a refund. Only then did she finally prepare my order and hand it to me—with no apology or acknowledgment of the hour-long wait or the fact that they had forgotten my order.
This experience was frustrating and unacceptable.
P.S for fast food workers everywhere: If you dislike your job and think you can do better, then do so. The only person holding you back, is YOU. We - the customer - work too hard to spend our hard earned money at places with crappy customer service especially during times when things are only getting more and more expensive.
