This is my favorite steakhouse in MS. I absolutely love it. The steak is always cooked perfectly and the drinks are great. The wine selection is fantastic and their bourbon choices are one of the best in the area.

Had dinner here while in town for work. Amazing spot for sure and those who recommended it weren't lying. The service is impeccable, really like the atmosphere and it's how a steakhouse should be. Bartenders were excellent, and overall a wonderful experience. The 8oz filet was cooked to perfection (medium rare), fries are delicious, spinach was tasty but the flavor of the steak was spot on. I was very impressed with everything and yes, I am picky when it comes to my steakhouses. Someone got the bone-in ribeye and my lord, top shelf beef. Get there if you can, you won't regret it.

Exceeded expectations exceptionally. It’s a steak joint in a glorified strip mall but everything was superb: service, food and drink. Highly recommend.

The steak was not good I got the bone in ribeye. With the price you would think it would have more seasoning which steak was very bland. Please bring back Ruth's Chris.

When I tell you everything was amazing! My husband took me here for my birthday 3/12/24. We have 7pm reservations and we were seated immediately! Our waiter Adam was great! The food was great and just everything great. The young ladies up front that seated you were sweet! Loved everything about Koestler Prime!

Great server, she was a gem. Good food when made right, but fell flat.Ordered the $150 Wagyu Ribeye for 2 at Medium. Came out Rare….didnt ask if it was cooked right, I caught it. Couldn’t chew, blood red. They had to take it back, and make it new. Feel like since the chef cut that open, it was apparently undercooked. Left our sides and us to sit for 30-40 min. I would recommend taking it all back, and at least offering a discount. We had to ask for that. Figured a better protocal would’ve made it a bit better.Manager was amicable and nice, but stated he didn’t see the steak. People nice; but wouldn’t come back.Steak made to Medium was lit. Amazing flavor, but mood and evening fully soured due to the “solution”.

My wife, our 1 year old, and I came by right at the last seating at 8:30pm. Place was very much busy, but we were seated right away without delay. Waiter, Jay Z (per check), immediately introduced himself and was there to immediately take our order. He was super attentive, checked on us very often and took great care of us. We ordered a crab cake, which was delicious. Steaks were fantastic, sides were piping hot. The only drawback is place not being baby friendly, i.e. no high chairs or booster seats, so that may be something I would recommend to owner. After all, we love to take our kids with us on an infrequent night out.We were not too overdressed and staff did not mind. It was a good experience and we hope to visit again.

Koestler Prime is a nice steakhouse located in Ridgeland, Mississippi that offers a great atmosphere, attentive service, and a superb meal that all together will make for a memorable evening. I went with the rib eye and also went with the scalloped potatoes. Both were very good and combined with the atmosphere and the service, this made for a stellar dining experience and a great evening out. Koestler Prime has a great ambiance. It is warm and has a subdued elegance. The food at Koestler Prime is top-notch and for the ambiance and quality of food, the price is more than fair. If you find yourself in the Ridgeland, Mississippi area (or anywhere in the Jackson, Mississippi area) and looking for a great steakhouse, I would definitely recommend Koestler Prime and I will give Koestler Prime an overall rating of five stars.
A very expensive treat, but definitely a treat. A fantastic place to celebrate others and spend special occasions with those you love. The food is always so delicious with great service! Favorite thing on the menu is the bread pudding! A very sophisticated vibe but not stressful!!
