I really wish this wasn't the only krispy kreme in the area cause this is the worst krispy kreme I've ever been to. They're always out of a lot things and most of the donuts taste like they've been sitting there for 3 days. Now yall know krispy kreme donuts are too expensive for yall to be selling people stale donuts like that. Yall ought to be ashamed. 🙄

I placed an order online and when I arrived to pick up, they didn’t have the donuts I ordered. They also acted lazy and very unhelpful.

Took my family here because I used to frequent this location when I had a route at the mall nearby. And it did not disappoint. The dounuts were coming fresh off the line. They were a little busy but it's understandable. The staff was friendly, and actually looked like they didn't mind being at work. My only complaint would be the parking lot. There's not enough space for the level of business they get. Almost got hit by someone trying to squeeze in the parking lot. But I'll be back just as soon as I get a chance.
Service poor and donuts were stale. We were there at 8pm on a Wednesday.

There is a lack of customer service in this place. No greeting or anything. They don’t mind selling you old donuts. I ordered two creme filled donuts. The way the cashier threw them in there, the chocolate icing rubbed off on the ceiling of the bag. The filling was, let’s just say there wasn’t a taste. I won’t be back.

The young skinny girl at the window has a horrible attitude, she rushed us so much when trying to order and talked very low as if she just wanted us to leave. Won’t be going back
The hot light is never on. I've called throughout the day asking if the hot light is on. I've drove out the way and still no hot light. It's been times when the light isn't on when it should. Some people's stay a good distance and doesn't want cold doughnuts.
