The past three times I have been there, they are always out of lemon donuts and never have fresh donuts. Employees are very rude and unhelpful.

First time I’ve been disappointed in Krispy Kreme.
Today was the Harry Potter special donuts release. Before driving an hour to the store, I went on your website to confirm they were still available at my location. The site showed them as available, so I placed my order, paid, and drove all the way there—only to be told they were sold out.
My question is: if they were sold out, why are they still being advertised as available on your website? And more importantly, why wasn’t I notified? No email, no call, no text—nothing. I wasted time and gas to pick up something that you allowed me to order even though you didn’t have it.
Very disappointed in this experience, Krispy Kreme.
Didn't have 3 of the 5 things we wanted. Wasn't very friendly. Location didn't really feel to safe to be after dark.

Went for the DC donuts they didn't have them. They had opened at 6 and not making donuts so it gives the impression everything they had was old no fresh donuts.

Made the dreaded drive Jackson for donuts but man this trip was a waste of time and money . The counter was missing tons of flavors and at 4pm that's just seems unexcusable. What was left over was stale and old tasting . Such a disappointment.

I was really excited to use my birthday coupon for three free fresh, hot donuts.
I even timed my visit to catch when they were making fresh ones right in front of me.
But when I asked the staff, the lady at the front said they were out of hot and fresh donuts — even though I saw them being made just moments before! Instead, she gave me cold, old donuts, which was very disappointing.
For a place famous for fresh donuts, this was the worst experience.
I hope they improve their customer service and honesty in the future.

Terrible customer service. Ordered online and was told at drive thru it would be a 20 minute wait before she even asked what I wanted to order. I told her I had ordered online and that didn’t matter. She told me to park or come inside and wait. I drove up to the window and after a few minutes was told they would need to refund me because they didn’t have any of the donuts I ordered. Granted I had given them 30 minutes to get my order ready before I even arrived. I got a refund without an apology. Perhaps you should contact people or disable online ordering. I hate this is the only Krispy Kreme in the area because they suck. I won’t be back.

I have been craving a doughnut for several months. Finally, I was in the area did not pay attention to whether or not the hot sign was on. I just pulled in to satisfy that lingering craving. Once I got my donuts I found out that the hot sign was on. I ordered one doughnut and one cinnamon roll and they gave me two donuts. They were warm and delicious Craving satisfied!!!

They were very busy. The donuts were so fresh they were still warm when we got them. Order was spot on. It took a little while in the drive through but differently was worth the wait.

This place needs to be shut down immediately. Service is terrible. It’s scorching hot, no donuts are ready at all. Workers not even trying to help and I placed a mobile order. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
It was decent, they were out of cinnamon rolls. I really wanted to try one.

Very disappointed in the service that this location has. I ordered thru door dash and they forgot my drinks. The driver said they sent me a box of cold donut holes to replace 2 drinks. I told the driver I didn't want the donuts and told me to hand on to them and he would be back. When he came back theybtold him they would only give me 1 drink that I paid for because they decided to send me a box of cold donut holes I didn't ask for. That is outrageous that they can decide what to send even though I paid for a particular order.
