I’m not even a karen but this is unacceptable. I did an online order for one box of original glazed and another for variety. Apparently they didnt support the variety and that was fine, but they were out of all the choices i ordered? I ordered at least a variety of 4-5. I just told my door dasher to get all orignal, because I already paid for it and couldn’t change my order, also not to have confusion. In the end i payed for more than i ordered . Not to mention the donuts were cold and somewhat old👎🏽. But i know this store dosent care about genuine reviews or else this wouldn’t be happening. this was at 40$ almost 50 and i get this

It not 9:00pm and they are closing up after I ordered the lady that took the order sent someone else to tell me that they don’t have anything an this store hours has closing @ 10:00pm will never come to the store again

I haven’t been to Kristy Kreme in a couple of years but decided to go this week because sometimes you get a craving for their donuts. Man were we disappointed! The price has gone ridiculously high 15.99 for a dozen glazed, and the quality has gone way down. They have changed something about their recipe because they don’t melt in your mouth anymore, and they were stale old doughnuts. They are more of a classic donut you can get at a place like the donut palace. Not worth the price and will not be Back..

Their website says they stay open till 11. We were so excited about getting some krispy kreme while we were in the area. pulled up at 10:30 and they said they were closed. if the hours are until 11PM then you should be open until then!! don't close the store just because you don't feel like it being open anymore!! BOGUS.

I paid almost $19 for a box of cold donuts and 1 cold chocolate covered creme filled donut(that had to be thrown away after 2 bites). I went to this location at 7:45 am! There's no excuse not to serve customers warm fresh donuts!! I will never go to this place again! I have had donuts from this locating years ago they were always warm, fresh, and delicious! With this kind of quality, this place won't be around too much longer. I've read several other reviews similar to mine. The problem has obviously not been addressed! I will just stick with Shipley Do-Nuts. They are much cheaper and haven't been in the freezer!

They need to close down this waste of space store. One day, they’re out of glaze. The next day, they only accept exact cash, no credit or debit. It’s always something. Same rundown location that’s been there for 20 years w no renovations made. Please open a location in Madison, where I know for a fact the place will be functioning properly. Seems like places in predominantly black areas are always having issues…

I went in for the Grinch doughnuts. They had a limited edition Green doughnut that were glazed but they didn't have any due to a late shipment. Logistics....gets them everytime.

I love the original glazed donuts but do the always gotta be Stuck to the box… I mean they be tastes like paper and glued to the box.. lately I been getting half a dozen and haven’t had that problem but I would like to get a dozen hold the Paper box please
