Came in and asked why they had all doors locked but one, I asked has there been recent break ins, since I had to walk to the opposite side of the building to enter, and the team member responded because I want them locked. Poor customer service and I didnt spend a coin.

The restaurant hours should be updated online and on the website since it closes before midnight on Friday night. The customer service is terrible at this location late night. I tried calling Saturday morning to inform them of the error of hours posted online and the employee hung up on me. Hours shouldn’t be advertised at midnight if it closes 12 minutes before. Chick-fil-A closes at 10 and accepts orders at 9:59.

Went through the drive thru window and the manager Keke( white lady with coke bottle glasses) told me it would be 30 mins to an hour wait on Krystal’s didn’t even ask me if I wanted to order anything else at all.I then asked for corporate she advised me that “They won’t believe a word you are saying”.she also told me bye ! The absolute worst experience of my life !!!!I would really suggest better management staff to represent this company ! Is this really the type of organization we want to spend our hard earned money at..
