Went here a few months ago and received the worst customer service I have ever received at any store in my life. The lady taking my order basically did everything she could to get me to not order. She succeeded because I left and chose to spend my money with a different company. I even reached out to corporate and they responded once then ignored me. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. You’re better off going hungry than eating there.

Some of the worst customer service I've had in my life. Very rude. African American lady long nails. Long hair ABSOLUTELY RUDE barley let you order very short rushed the heck out of us. Never had Krystal and would never return or at least not to this one. I was very polite and was asking questions due to not knowing what to order.Fire her or teach her some manners. Spent $50, and half of my burgers weren't even full. Patties. And old cold chicken. Just close the whole store. I'm surprised you all are still open.

This spot is the most uncaring place. I what is it so hard about yall fixing these people food correctly and right. We are not animals and your momma didnt raise a farm!!! So yall need to start getting these things right or people are going to forever hurt yall over fastfood ... I"m not saying I Will but I do speak for the people who have anger issues and just wanted to eat something that they have to be forced to eat!!! Think about it !!!

I found the Krystal's breakfast Sunriser sandwich to be disappointing. The eggs were overcooked and rubbery, the sausage tasted bland, and the overall combination lacked flavor. The bun was also dry, making it an unsatisfying breakfast option.

Man when I tell you their food was hot and fresh hands down they got the Ellis and Hwy 80 locations beat, and the workers were the friendliest, they're ?? great!

Literally the worst, dirtiest fast food place in the area. Orders are always messed up and it takes forever to get your incorrect order at that. Corporate needs to step in and take over this one, it's to far out of reach. I'd stay away!

Shorted my sausage bites from my order and overcooked the eggs. 6/18/23-Well here I am again. It won't let me leave a new review so I'll just add to the old one. I placed a delivery order for 2 of their 'roadie'-size teas and called to ask for an extra cup of ice. They said I could have a small cup of ice per drink. They made the drinks with NO Ice, so I ended up with less ice than if I hadn't called. Iced tea is much better if it actually has ice to make it cold. And that low-carb bowl thing was about half the size of what's pictured and they didn't include anything to eat it with. To top things off, it took them half an hour to make my order. And they still need to learn what an 'over-easy' egg looks like.
