Asked for no parmasean cheese and extra cheese, and neither request was honored. Also got violently sick.
Ordered a small ElDiablo and small cheese pizza. The El Diablo was delivered to the table in about a half and tasted good. Waited another 45 min and the small cheese still had not come out after being told twice it was in the oven. Got frustrated and left. The lack of organization of the Ridgeland staff was stark. Don’t go here unless you are willing to wait and/or stand in the kitchen to ensure your order is prepared.

The pizza was not done, it was not crispy, it felt like it was a pepperoni pizza with all the other meat thrown on top. The workers were not rude but, they were not friendly. All and all it was not a pleasant dinner take out especially for $26.99 plus tip. Do not recommend any dishes.

Went to Lost Pizza in Ridgeland,MS tonight after church around 6:30pm. Location was not busy at all-walked right up to counter placed my order for a sandwich not a pizza-it was almost 45 minutes to an hour before I got my sandwich!!! When I inquired about my sandwich I was told there was a mistake in making it and it had to be redone?!?!? After another 20 minute wait and about losing my religion after church-the sandwich appeared-barely warm and homemade potato chips nothing to brag about-whoever owns this franchise needs to get his employees( kids) under better control or this business will be closed soon!?!?!

The employees were rude. Our food was so cold. The meatballs tasted like they just came out of the fridge. My child’s pizza was undercooked. The dough still tasted raw. Lost pizza is one of my favorite places. But this location needs a few changes.
Great pizzas. The staff was friendly and the place was comfortable.
