The pizza was not done, it was not crispy, it felt like it was a pepperoni pizza with all the other meat thrown on top. The workers were not rude but, they were not friendly. All and all it was not a pleasant dinner take out especially for $26.99 plus tip. Do not recommend any dishes.

Went to Lost Pizza in Ridgeland,MS tonight after church around 6:30pm. Location was not busy at all-walked right up to counter placed my order for a sandwich not a pizza-it was almost 45 minutes to an hour before I got my sandwich!!! When I inquired about my sandwich I was told there was a mistake in making it and it had to be redone?!?!? After another 20 minute wait and about losing my religion after church-the sandwich appeared-barely warm and homemade potato chips nothing to brag about-whoever owns this franchise needs to get his employees( kids) under better control or this business will be closed soon!?!?!

The employees were rude. Our food was so cold. The meatballs tasted like they just came out of the fridge. My child’s pizza was undercooked. The dough still tasted raw. Lost pizza is one of my favorite places. But this location needs a few changes.

Order your pizza to go and you’ll get better service. Dine in service is terrible. Our pizzas were brought 10-15 minutes apart, and the kids thick crust pizza looked raw on the bottom.

Literally the only pizza I buy anytime I'm in Jackson.

Second time eating here the pizza is always so fluffy and warm. The flavor is amazing 🤤 I got the Kujo with pineapples subbed with marinara sauce.

The wings are completely delicious. The pizza is amazing.. The atmosphere is very satisfying. No to loud not to quiet you are able to enjoy the food and conversation if you there with someone or two. You don’t have to take my word stop by for yourself..10 out of 10 recommend..

Ok so I order 4 small pizzas and a salad, delivery. Takes about 30 minutes for them to deliver someone else’s order completely. I call and say hey, yall sent someone else’s food. They say that they still have mine and they can either refund it or I CAN COME PICK IT UP, but they won’t redeliver. I have to drive to pick it up, and they hand me five pizzas. I ask if the salad is in one of the pizza boxes, and they have to go find they salad. I still have no idea who’s pizza this fifth one is. Like I realize I just got like 5 free pizzas out of this deal but AT WHAT COST. Lost pizza is about to head right on out of business. Nightmare.

Our baseball team recently visited this location after a tournament. Even with our large group, the service was so quick. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Food was amazing. And DESSERT was the greatest ;) Highly recommend this place!
