What can I say!! When traveling and needing a quick and healthier bite to eat, this is my go-to place. I love the Southwest chicken and avocado salad. The chicken tortilla soup is also a great snack.

I've been coming to this McAlister's often, but the last two nights were a mess. The manager forgot half the things and gave us an awful loaded baked potato. She charged my man for the wrong item and just wanted him to deal with it, then didn’t even upgrade his chili size but charged him for a full basket. On top of that, I went back today and the girl had a stanky attitude. She asked me what I was waiting for, gave me my bag, and kept rushing me while I was checking my food. The food was nasty, the chip box was empty and full of crumbs. I will not be going back to this location. They need better managers.I’m

A friend of mine and I had the evening meal at McAlister's today. She had a bowl of chicken tortilla soup and I had a bowl of country potato soup. Of course we each had a glass of the iced tea that they are famous for. The restaurant wasn't crowded at all when we were there. The atmosphere was very pleasant. They had music playing in the background and it was at just the right volume for conversation. The employees were very warm and welcoming. We will be sure to return, soon!

Workers ran behind the counter and ignored us. Two went in the bathroom, and we sat at the counter for around 5 minutes before taking our order. We were the only customers in the store.
We waited for the food a long time - we were still the only customers in the store.
On top of that, the strawberries were sour and inedible. There was not enough chicken. I will avoid this store, which is unfortunate because it is a brand new store, but they need new management.

Their Reuben was on point and that sweet tea OMG to die for! Very rarely give 5 stars definitely worth it!
The McAlisters on County Line had horrible service. There were about 7 people including myself whose orders were wrong. I ordered a cup of broccoli cheddar soup as the INCLUDED side with my BLT meal. They gave me a cup of steamed broccoli instead. Went back inside to let them know the issue and politely explained that i did not order a side of broccoli as my side. I ordered a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. So i asked her politely to take the steamed broccoli back and replace it with the cup of soup I ordered. The girl at the counter took it to the kitchen and came and said "they" said that you will have to pay for a broccoli cheddar soup. So, I paid 7$ for a cup of soup and ended up getting a bowl instead. I was so fed up that I just took what they gave me and left.
