What can I say!! When traveling and needing a quick and healthier bite to eat, this is my go-to place. I love the Southwest chicken and avocado salad. The chicken tortilla soup is also a great snack.
A friend of mine and I had the evening meal at McAlister's today. She had a bowl of chicken tortilla soup and I had a bowl of country potato soup. Of course we each had a glass of the iced tea that they are famous for. The restaurant wasn't crowded at all when we were there. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Rude counter staff and the 'manager' lady that was behind the window was even worse! Said they were out of what I ordered, then overhead another person with the same item.... they miraculously got it in stock in literally 1.5min later?! They had what seemed to be BIG problems with accommodating me, but not the other person....rude rude rude!
