My soda was flat and nasty also the fries was heard, double fish filet was old and the bread was hard. You can tell when they have taken 2 fish filet sandwiches and put them together. Bread hard the Sandwiches was nasty . I tried to call no answer. Several times. The soda was supposed to to have been a coke tasty like a Diet Coke. I have worked McDonald before so I know how they food suppose to be. FRESH!! Fries suppose have no salt and it had salt on it. Very bad day for my food. I didn’t have time to go back. My food should have been FRESH

order online ahead, drive-thru, or in the restuarant doesn't matter. every time you visit this mcdonald's you will wait. you will have to pull ahead or in the waiting bays to get your food. they will sometimes give you the wrong food.

and lastly ask for ketchup until you're blue in the face. unless you watch them put it in the bag you won't get it.

nice employees but they are terrible at their job.

They said they were close already and it says on their door that they close at 12 pm it was 11:05 pm. Not only that you can see the employees sitting on their phones doing nothing, they just didn’t want to work.

This place is as slow as the other location on county line road. Nobody received food at the window, they had everyone pull up or pull over to the side and wait 20 minutes for their order.

I go to this place on my lunch break and it's really close. BUT IT IS NOT GOOD AT ALL . you can ask for fresh food. You will not get it. Real bad attitudes from Management on down don't go in there for lunch you will spend your whole lunch break waiting on your food and the food is still cold they need a whole new management in employee staff. I drive an extra 10 minutes just to go to the county line Rd. to get better service. very sad

never in my life have I dealt with staff with such incompetence. they had a disgusting attitude with us from the moment we pulled up to the moment we left. They did not give us our drinks and failed to give us any of the sauce we asked for. When we went inside to address this I was greeted with someone staring directly in the eye, and turning and walking away. I also observed another employee eating fries out of the customers food. I genuinely wish I was making this up but y’all need to do better. This was absolutely horrible.
