Staff was horrible and had terrible attitudes from the line workers to the managers and shift leader. My order was incorrect. Everyone looked as if they didnt want a job or to be at work. Just a horrible over all experience.

Went to the drive thru for quick early dinner on Weekend. Used the app to order. Very polite and courteous staff for the area. It took a while to get a special order burger (compared to locations in other markets) but it was good. Overall it seems to be improving. Will go again and post a follow up in a week or two.

Went through drive through and ordered 2 Big Macs, 3 cheese burgers, large fry and milk shake. Milk shake machine was broken. 3 cheese burgers were cold. The 2 Big Macs were both missing a burger patty. The fries I had to wait on so they were fresh. I would not recommend this McDonalds. No standards for this McDonalds.

I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in over a year, maybe longer. I thought I’d give them a try again. I ordered the Double Quarter Pounder meal, but you know what I got after paying for that? A lousy little value-menu fish sandwich with a half slice of artificial cheese. I was completely conned, paying for one item and receiving an extremely cheap one that I didn’t order. I will not be back to McDonald’s again.

See through sweet tea, rude 2nd window lady saying “she didn’t like her tea, that’s why she ain’t move yet”. Asked for a coke, she told the lady to give me a Diet Coke. No ice and didn’t fill up the cup?! Now this is MS. Yall know good and well once you saw the color it wasn’t going to taste right…sugary water?!

Would be zero stars if that were possible. Waited 8 minutes for the workers to acknowledge us, even though ALL 3 saw us walk in. Waited another several to be told to order at the kiosk. We wanted to know the toys of the week. Another customer (not my race) was helped without much fuss at all, and she came in 5 minutes after us.

The Double Quarter Pounder with cheese is a good deal. It's a decent-sized burger and when you put fries and a drink with it, it's still a good value.

This location, it honesty each time I went have been a hit or missed experience..... the wait time for the simplest order is ridiculous and the food either would be fresh/hot but incorrect or your order could be correctly fixed but you get it warm and bland... still with a hefty wait time.

I do not eat at McDonald’s because of the terrible experiences I’ve had there in the past. However, I’m currently across the street at CC’s and see the American flag has come loose from the bottom rung of the flagpole line. It was like this 2 weeks ago when I was here. I called them 2 weeks ago and no one has fixed this issue. I spoke to the manager both times and they said they would handle it. Apparently they aren’t going to fix it and will remain disrespectful to the flag! Poor judgement and management. Wonder why I stopped eating there? No, there’s no wonder. McDonald’s sucks from the top down!

I was in Ridgeland Mississippi mid-day. I tried to use the McDonald's app for a discount. The woman taking my order at the counter says she doesn't know how it works. How is that possible. Apparently she was serious because she didn't do it. The next time I'm in that area. I won't be visiting that McDonald's. How clean it was is the only thing I liked about it.

This location needs a surprise visit from corporate and I’m going to contact the corporate office and suggest it. It doesn’t matter how far ahead you order, it won’t be ready when you arrive. It doesn’t matter if there are only 2 cars in line, they’re going to make you park and wait (that’s to keep drive thru time under 90 seconds, which is a requirement by the company). The fries are CONSISTENTLY under cooked, which I don’t even understand since the fryers have timers on them. If you order tea or lemonade you HAVE TO instruct the staff to put ice in it. If you ask them to ADD an ingredient to your sandwich, they’re going to take everything else off because none of the kitchen staff understands that add means in addition to the other ingredients. Every single sodas I’ve gotten from this location tastes like the bag needs to be changed. They’re all watered down and flat. Oh and one of the young ladies who works there ties her uniform shirt in the back so that she’s working in a belly shirt.
