Just waited in line for 30 minutes almost. Still revived bad food & service. Ordered a small drink and was charged more for a bigger size I didn’t ask for. Which would have been fine if I didn’t receive bad service. When I brought it to there attention I got a “well I don’t take the order.” Also ordered a camel frappe and revived a mocha.

It was a little hectic today. I think they may have been shortstaffed or maybe they were overstaffed, but there were a lot of moving parts. We did however get our food. It was hot and fresh. I just feel like they need to be a little more professional.

Had the grill closed down at 11:15 when they closed at 12. I pulled in at 11 and didnt get someone to take my order until 11:15 so they were probably cleaning the grill while I was waiting. They had no beef. The food was cold and fries were awful.
Always takes at least 5-10 minutes to place your order, then another 10-15 minutes to receive your food.

Dawg I never seen such a terrible mcdonalds like this before the management needs to get this place together we waited so long for food just to brought the wrong food had to return that to get our food just for us to still have missing items... gotta do better we was almost late to work

i called 10 times. waited at the drive through for over 30 mins for my order that was paid for on the mcdonald’s app, just for them to completely ignore me and never answer the phone or the speaker. i could physically see people inside just standing around talking and it was 30 mins before closing so their was absolutely no excuse for this. theirs no way to cancel my order on the app so i couldn’t even get a refund tonight to order somewhere else.
