No smiles or welcome to McDonald’s; never a thank you or come back to see us. Busy on their cellphones in between orders and never ask the delivery driver to confirm the order. Grade: C-

If I could I would give no stars. Went at 1am the store was not close yet two employees sitting outside just talking. One with a wig and one with braids. They just don’t want to to work!

There was hair in my food and it took over 15 mins to get my food and still was missing stuff off my order and it took over 5 mins for someone to acknowledge me once i came inside.

We came through the drive through in a truck and trailer and ordered a Big Mac, 2 iced Carmel macchiatos, 2 spicy mcCrispys, and a medium fry. Took over 5 minutes to order once getting the the speaker because the woman taken the order was talking with others inside and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. Then getting to the window she didn’t know how to pronounce our drinks so she said the wrong drinks. Get the window pick up window and had very bad service. Waited for 15+ minutes for our drinks after having to repeat what we ordered multiple times. First handed the wrong drink and size that was a woman’s who went inside that we were with. Then we got a large and medium drinks. Both different and nasty, not what we ordered. Then while waiting 15+ minutes asked us to move to the next window even after explaining to them it wouldn’t matter bc we had a trailer but still insisted. Terrible service and drinks!

I had the most wonderful experience this week. Called the restaurant Monday evening to inquire about a large order of sausage and biscuits for my daughter’s class getting ready for state testing. The employee was very pleasant and patient. Visited the location Tuesday morning at approximately 5:30am and ordered placed an order for 40 sandwiches. The staff was nice, calm, and efficient. My food was boxed up and they made sure to put napkins and jelly in the box. Tank you to the crew that assisted me. I really appreciate you all!

McDonalds is trying to destroy itself. Kiosks were not working properly. Inside service was not supported well. Someone had to come up to the register and check me and others who were doing carry out. Midday lunch time and the lobby had no one eating when I arrived. This location should be a drive through operation only. Seating area has no personnel, condiments, or straws. Is this a death spiral?

I keep making the mistake of trying this location every few weeks or so. Each time I have terrible service. This most recent time we waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and in that time only 1 person was served through the drive thru and only after someone honked. The employee even complained to the person she thought honked. Another person waiting in the drive thru drove around went inside and then came out and said they are just trying to not serve breakfast and drove off. When I was waiting at the speaker no one said anything. I said hello? 3 times with no response. When I said I'm just going to call corporate someone finally responded but yelled at me that "i shouldn't be..." I drove off so I dont know what was said after that. This is the 3rd time in about 3 or 4 months I've had an issue here and being that I have only gone 3 times during that time I wouldn't recommend going here.
