One time I can get over, twice I'll be mad but probably come back. This makes 5 times this McDonalds has completely ruined my order. I pull up, give them my mobile code, get to the window to get my receipt and get informed they can't make frappes. No problem, she changes my drink. I pull up to the next window, they have no idea about the drink, after much bickering, they give me my order and I drive off because the line is long and I don't want to be an inconvenience. Once I make it home, I have someone else's order, half the cost of mine, and not as I put it in the app. How hard is it to keep track of the cars in the drive thru ESPECIALLY when it's a mobile order that JUST spoke to someone at the window before. Unbelievable how little attention someone can have. Also won't be getting those points back from the frappe that the app let me order despite the store not being able to make it.

The only reason I gave it 1 star is because 0 stars was not available. Lobby was dirty, tables not cleaned off. Service very slow and food was not very good. Coke machines & condiments had been removed from lobby area. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

All I asked was was for fresh food. I knew it would take me a few minutes to get home but my food was not fresh out grease and then they tried to double charge me for a 4 for $5. I thought this was the good McDonald's around

What a waste of a franchise, my husband and I stopped while traveling home. Tables were dirty, one looked like dead bugs on It. Placed our order at kiosk, waited 20 minutes before we even saw a soul in the place, lots of visiting going of In the kitchen, then our order was given to another waiting customer. Finally someone asked what we ordered. I have never seen such lack of effort on workers. Food was way under par eve. For McDonalds.

I'm so done with this location. I've given them 4 chances too many already. My order is never right. No matter how polite and courteous I am it must don't work. Seems like the people that come in being rude to the staff are the ones whose orders are good. Maybe rude is the new polite ?

HORRIBLE experience! First of all I ordered, drove to the window and not drive thru clerk but a clerk behind her said that I didn't pay for certain items because I didn't order and I showed her the receipt. Then she rolled her eyes like I had did something to her. Onto of that they had my order mixed up. When confronted the second time she walked off mumbling. They had me to pull up. I waited a extra 10 minutes so finally I got out went in to get my order. That lit girl had such a nasty attutude that I almost turned around and ask for my money back. The shift manager tried to make it right he was nice and k ew she was wrong. Then I heard her say with her lit snobby attitude to the shift lead can she go home. I wanted to tell that girl you don't need to work on nobody job treating the customer with a attitude.. Please make sure you be ready for an attitude. SMH nonsense!! Just stay at home!!!

The lady who takes the money , a bigger lady with a red wig, was very rude . Then proceeded to roll her eyes when she gave us to much money and we tried to give it back . Don’t waste your time with there attitude, and we asked for the manager , whoever we spoke with was rude as well.

Whoever worked the night shift on December 10,2023 is trash and lazy! The store clearly closes at 12am I got to the driver thru at 11 pm and the minium wage workers hid and didnt want to take my order never going back if you going to get your little 7 dollars for that last hour you need to do your job!

This is a location i visit multiple times a week and it gets worse by the day. Ordered online and sat in the drive thru 30 minutes before getting to the window. When I got to the window all i could see were young workers in there playing and on phones I was still told to pull down after waiting. Finally received my food one burger was completely burnt and none of the condiments were actually on the burger there were condiments on the side and on the top of the bun. Save your time and spend your money else where.

The drive thru lane is slow. The workers don't have on under garment. They not working on the inside. MY order was still messed up.
