Mojito's Cantina & Grill

I experienced one of the WORST customer service experiences I’ve ever had. It was three of us dining and we got here at 8:05 PM. We were promptly greeted and seated. That’s where the positive experience ended. He messed up on my friends order by giving him shrimp and steak versus the steak and chicken that he ordered. When this was brought to his attention he came back to our table and insisted the error was on my friends part. At that point I intervened sternly, then he wanted my friend to hand him the plate so that it could be corrected. My friend said no, and that he’ll hold onto the plate until the correct order comes out. He took issue with that. My friend is allergic to shrimp and wanted to insure he was not handed back contaminated food. The food was brought out and was correct. The server was still irritated and kept asking if that would be all. Fast forward to the bill, i asked him what the $4.00 open food charge was and he said it was for the additional tortilla he brought out. Mind you we had two orders of fajitas meals and only brought out TWO small packs for two people. Then he proceeds to say oh and i need to charge you for the sour cream. What you see on the receipt is what he received back. The food was good but “Abel” if that’s thats really his name ruined the entire experience. #verydisappointed #badcustomerservice

I like a very clean place with a family atmosphere and very delicious. I recommend it.

Came to grab some dinner and this place hit the spot. Tacos de carbon were delicious. The reason for the 2 stars is sitting at the bar and seeing how the bartender is short handed yet it's a slow night and none of the other employees tried to get back there to lend some assistance when the orders were coming in. Most places have at least 2 behind the bar to avoid those problems. Where I'm from everyone helps each other without hesitation, not standing around playing pattycake just saying. Team work makes the dream work!

When I visited this restaurant for the second time, I was really disappointed and wounded by the behavior my coworkers and I received from our server. We had a coworker who is blind and had just come out to celebrate another coworker's birthday. My coworker received unpleasant, disrespectful, and offensive comments from our server. Peter G. was his name. When my coworker had complaints about her ticket being inaccurate, he stated that he was also blind and he realizes that’s why she was looking at him like that .. like this was a joke. I've never been more unhappy with where I spent my money. We contacted the manager, and I proposed that at least my coworkers have a complimentary dinner because I knew this server would not be held accountable for his conduct. The management in his way fixed the situation by offering meal discounts. A complementary meal or discount still doesn’t fix the servers actions. I dislike how this made my coworkers feel, and he assaulted them with his statements. I won't go back to this restaurant. I hope this review reaches a large number of people because in this community, I work for the blind and visually impaired and strive every day to support and protect them so that they can feel the same way as sighted people.This eatery merely showed me that we are still so far behind.

I should of read the reviews before
Spending my money at this establishment. Service was terrible and they overcharged me for a drink that I never received.
The food was OK, and I will never go back. They did apologize and they did give me a refund for the drink that I did not get. I was ignored and did not get good customer service here.

This place is a NOPE! It was literally ONLY 3 guests there and we NEVER got waited on after being there 20 minutes so we left!! Everyone was just standing around around talking and seeing about the other 3 tables except us! Highly disappointed. I can see why no was there.. Margaritas here we come!!

The materials are very fresh, the quantity is sufficient, and the cost performance is super high. I will definitely come again next time.

This place has ZERO customer service and the guy at front is very rude. This place over charge for everything they have over there and if you ask for anything extra they will also charge for chips(they are suppose to be free) they also charge for extra salsa( should be free) if you get shrimp tacos and if you ask for extra shrimp ($3 for $3 pieces this is just ridiculous) the taste isn’t good and the young looking guy who is usually is there has a smart mouth and he is very rude
