Best meal we had in Ridgeland (and the cheapest)! I Doordashed lunch yesterday and was super pleased with my burger and fries. My husband and I had dinner at a local spot and had the most mediocre meal ever and spent 150 dollars, so we had lunch at Old Towne today. Shavanka and the ladies were so nice and pleasant and the burgers were fantastic!

This store really needs to hold a training on good customer service because it surely lacks that for sure. To be located in one of Ridgeland’s busy area’s you would think the owner would hire nice workers. Those ladies are by far the rudest workers I’ve ever met. They are extremely rude to the very ppl who keep the store running. The owner really need to step in and see what’s truly the problem because the workers make his business look extremely bad. If the customer service issue get resolved this would be a great store to visit.

Don’t waste you time. Obviously something has changed here. This was once a very good place to pick up a sandwich. I would classify it the worst. I will never go back simply because of the customer service. They got my order wrong I argued with me that it wasn’t wrong. It took almost an hour to get food and there was only 2 other people there. Never again!!

Today me and my girlfriend walked in after our first class to come and grab some breakfast. My girlfriend wanted a iced latte that was on the menu that was displayed and she ordered and the employee told her that there was stuff over on the other side of the store to make lattes but there wasn't. Not to mention that the employee had all the stuff needed to make a latte she just didn't feel like it. We then decided to walk up where the food warmers were and see what food they had for breakfast and the other employee was rude and seemed to want to rush me into making a decision about what i wanted. We left and got food elsewhere and we wll not be returning to a place where the employees are rude and dont care about their customers.

I hate even going into the store ,but sometimes I have no choice not another gas station around the area .i could almost bet if another was built they'd go out of business because them lady's are rude do not believe in smiling less you are dark skinned .Must have Bad attitude on application for hire
