Panera Bread

The bread is always perfect, but what's more the staff has really stepped up their customer service! I was greeted with smiles and cheerfulness! That's huge these days!!

When I visit here, the staff is very friendly. The food is good and the atmosphere is study friendly with plenty of plugs for charging items provided. This is a great kid friendly place.

First time ever at a Panera. So right off the bat, when ordering and paying, the screen asked for a tip. I've never been, so I thought maybe they were like Newks and bring your food to the table. So I added a tip. Boy, was I wrong. Not only did they not bring it, you have to wait for your name to be yelled, and you go pick it up yourself from a window. They don't give you trays, so I had to make 2 trips to the table. Instantly, I want my tip back. Good grief! At least Newks gives you a number for your table, and as I stated, they bring it to you. I ordered the pick 2, 1/2 salad Med chicken and grains and 1/2 sandwich toasted Italiano. The salad was a lot and it was very tasty. The problem came with the toasted sandwich. It was toasted so hard that it scratched the roof of my mouth. If that has ever happened to you, you know it's uncomfortable. I ended up just picking out the insides and eating them with a fork. The insides were very good, the bread was just hard as a rock. The sweet tea was good. All in all, I'll stick with Newks.

Honestly this Panera is pretty subpar, which is surprising because it’s in a modern and fairly upscale area

Panera is a great chain. This location always looks closed from the outside. Not welcoming from the outside. Lighting improvements needed? The ordering area is dark and unwelcoming. Also the food pickup is hidden around the corner in a dark hall. Not a complaint, but this location could use some friendly updates with better lighting and layout. Great seating area once you get your food. The food is usually good, but you need to have the app to get the deals. Price adds up quick if you don't have access to the specials. So you need to order through the app.

I agree with all reviews that this Panera Renaissance is atrociously nasty and could cause a severe health risk to customers. As some reviews state, when you walk into the restaurant the smell of public or rest stop restrooms hits you directly. When you go to wash your hands the restrooms cleanliness and smell along with the flies are disgusting. So the flies that are flying throughout the dining area and kitchen are not from the outside but from the restrooms. Attached you will see a pic of the disgusting protein to the left attempting to fly out of my salad. Notice the 2big eyes. Could not upload the video of it struggling to fly out and escape the salad the kitchen manager prepared. When showing the Lady Kitchen Manager she reacted as if oh ok so what about it and I’ll make you another. And walked away before I could finish addressing the fat fly in my salad. I went back days later just to see no improvements and flies still in restaurant. If you continue to eat here you are gambling with your health. So Good Luck

Panera's have gone down hill in the past decade in my personal opinion, so I've had to lower my expectations. The food was alright, but again just not the same as it used to be. Again, that's just Panera in general though.
Also, basically NO gluten-free options.

Everytime I call to place an order on the phone, the older African American lady would lie that she has customers in line & put me on hold for a very long time until I give up & hang up. I have gotten there after she says that & the store has 1 to no customers & she is just walking around the store really doing nothing.
Panera, you can do better. Take her out because she does not care for your business & is running away customers.
