Good pizza, but another major problem, voice machines and selections, which are the worst invention of the 21st century. I get someone on the phone that I can't understand. Just another one of those worthless foreigners that pretend like they don't understand English. I've had to deal with these people in many other places on the phone. They speak away from the phone mic deliberately where you don't understand them..

Delivery took to long. Food wasn’t fresh. Pizza tastes dry but was Meh not Great. Wings are hard. Also my deliver driver Daniel wasn’t a nice guy took awhile to come. Nor wasn’t friendly and seems very impatient.

The taste of the pizza was a bit off, I’m not sure if it was the freshness of the cheese, but it tasted a bit sour of some sort. Kind of a weird taste Ive never had on a Papa John’s Pizza. I also think that the team member who made up my pizza didn’t add enough of the cheese or sauce, which made the toppings fall off of the breading and be all over inside the box. But overall the staff, especially the guy with the long hair Locs was awesome, he was very attentive and made sure to speak when I entered. He also let us know ahead of time how long the wait would be so we felt at ease and valued our time. My first time ordering here and because of this I’m willing to give it another try soon.

Price was too expensive for a cheese pizza. Little Ceasars half the price. Hard as rock. My 6 year old granddaughter didn't even like it because it was toooo hard

Papa John’s pizza has really changed for the worse over the years. I keep trying it expecting it to be better, but it seems like the ingredient quality is subpar at best. I used to really like Papa John’s pizza and I want to like it again. Perhaps I’ll keep trying. I just don’t know.

Waited ten minutes for someone to hand me my order that was ready before I ever got to the store. Some slug was at the register when I walked in and looked me in the eyes before walking to the line to play with a piece of paper. 5 employees standing around talking about rental prices. Not making pizza, not taking orders, just standing in a circle near the front, playing grabass and talking about rent. A driver eventually greeted me, asked my name, and gave me the order. Got down the road, and found they handed me someone else's order. Robots can't get here soon enough. Won't be back

Placed my order over the phone and no one on the phone said anything about closing….so I waited outside for 10 to 20 mins for them to say the person took my order while they where closed….now I have nothing to eat
This place is the best!!! I have been a regular for awhile, and when I occasionally make a mistake on my order, they call me to fix it! A+ customer service!!

Just left Papa John's here in Ridgeland picking my order, as I was checking it and noticed that both pizzas were wrong.. I ordered extra meat in both and they charged me for extra meat and only gave me a cup of extra sausage like I asked.. So when I asked the cashier where the extra sausage was he said it was on both.. Here is both
