Margaritas had no alcohol in them straight juice. Food was good but I was looking forward to my one night a week drink and it wasn’t even a drink.

I don't know what changed about this place e or if they were having a REAL bad day, but the food was bad. It's really bad. I usually love this place in the past, but not now. 2 times, and the food was horrendous.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in town! The food is fantastic, the portions are massive, and the staff is so nice! It is always a fun atmosphere. This is one of the few places where I will go every week, it's that good! It's also very affordable. And to top it all off, they have the best margaritas in town!!!Parking: Parking all around the building.

Did not get what I ordered, asked manager can they remake it and she told me they still going to charge me 50% additional to the new plate. i had not ate off the plate. bad service. bad food. had a nasty attitude about the problem and did not want to fix it.

This was the most disappointing meal I've eaten from a Mexican restaurant I ordered my favorite chili Colorado however this was the worst I expected slow simmered beef however this was the same tough meat used in all of their burritos or tacos it was the toughest I've ever eaten when the tortilla was possibly made fresh but the meat was so tough it would pull out the shell when bitten and the sauce they covered this in was so spicy I couldn't taste anything but hot sauce very disappointed had to throw out and had never ever done this before anywhere

Food and service were good, and it's a nice looking restaurant.
From start to finish, our waitress was so rude to us but nice to everyone else. I would’ve understood if we were rude to her, but we weren’t. She went out of her way to ignore us and stare, and anytime we needed something we had to flag her down. Not once did she check on us. Food was subpar, pretty sure margarita had little to no alcohol in it.

This is the second time I have ordered food from here. It was horrible. The street taco taste like raw dough. The salas for the chips tasted sour. I will not be ordered nothing from this any more. Don’t waste your money.

I got four different things that all tasted basically the same, without much flavor. Chips were completely tasteless and the salsa tasted like a petroleum product. I actually prefer Taco Bell to this place.

If I could give them a zero I would ! Maybe I went on a night that was simply too busy for them but the service was not up to par. This was my first and last time trying papitos grill . I ordered the Al pastor street style tacos , comes with rice and beans , and 3 tacos to a plate. They brought out the wrong plate at first , and once I got them , the meat was very tough and hard to chew , it had no flavor at all . I tried to dip it in queso and add spice and it just was up to my liking . For the price I paid i definitely should have eaten somewhere else !
