The food is delicious! It’s just too expensive and they don’t give you enough. My family and I used to eat here twice a week and it was under $50 foot a family of 4. They’ve gotten greedy with the prices and stingy with the food. The worker told me that they weight the fries. Come on now that’s just bad. Can’t afford to go now. Maybe if they make it affordable again.

Ordered the snack box with fries and after I got back to work I was shocked at what $9 got me! Nothing! 3 over cooked fish nuggets and about 10 fries. Barely worth $5! I won’t make that mistake again nor go back! Had it been filets I probably wouldn’t have been that upset but something smaller than a cigarette lighter, I’m out!

I'm a mailman trying to take a lunch break. I walk in the young lady says we only taking drive thru because it's only 2 of us working... Uhhhh if its 2 of yall working what's wrong with me dining in???? Shouldn't the doors be locked then??? On top on the poor customer service.... No hello or welcome to Penns.... SMH....

I am saddened that this once good chain has let their value and quality slip so far. I hope they can recover from this slump and be good again.

Food is amazing but understaffed
Chicken on chicken on a stick was small and dry. Definitely different from quality at State Fair but definitely less expensive at the restaurant.

Everything about this penns was very good, the workers were very nice and making sure everything was right and prepared in a quick manner.

Ordered the funnel cake fries and got a tiny box so light I thought it was empty. Opened the box to find 12.5 funnel fries with a teaspoon of powdered sugar. When I asked if this was correct, I was rudely told it comes with 14-15 pieces. Never again. Simply not worth the money.
