The food is always great. But the catfish is over priced. They take a catfish filet and cut it in 3 or 4 pieces and sever it as a large catfish. I been in other states where the cost of living is much higher than Ms, I be getting 3 whole filets for the price Penn's charge!

I got maybe $5.00 worth of food for $14.00. The coleslaw is sour, the hush puppies are soggy, the one filet has bones in it, and the green beans are greasy.

I hadn't even taste the food yet but I am highly upset! (Most of the time Penn's food is good.) I paid $15 for catfish dinner and MISSING A SIDE! The sides already come in what looks like a 3oz container and to be missing my coleslaw in a higher-than-expected dinner is terrible! Online it states $12.89 but it has gone up 50¢ more, and missing food. No I have not called the manager because I know I'm not going to drive up there. I'm not local. Please make sure you check your food before leaving.

I ordered for pick up through GrubHub, but Penns gave my order away to someone else. For that I am giving a low score. Wasted my time, gas and having to go through extra time to get money refunded. Sounds like a scam going on somewhere.

Visited drive-thru and was told my total was 21.00 for a fish plate that wasn’t full, very small quantity of fish (not even a whole full size fillet cut into strips), too salty, not fresh from grease but like-warm, hard hush puppies and salty greens. The prices are ridiculous for the quantity and the quality of food has declined big time!

Not a fan. My man is born and raised in Mississippi so he is a regular to this place. I didn’t like it either times and we went twice in 2 weeks. The fries were good. That’s it. The tarter sauce was so dam thick and flavorless. The fish was fried too hard and also, tasteless. The okra was pretty good tho. The lady at the window an older Caucasian lady, she was kinda rude. I won’t return bc the food wasn’t a waste of 35 bucks. Thaaa fuuuck lol not a fan!!
This Penn's is pretty good. The staff is really friendly and efficient. The food is fried perfectly and seasoned properly.Good Eats!!
