We ordered number 1 &5 on the beef noodle section. They were really good. The garden roll was beef & shrimp, the flavor was good. The banh mi was not anything like I had before. The rest room was not clean.

Food was mid but service… horrible. They could not understand me and I couldn’t understand them either, brought us nasty drinks with no ice. Very overpriced and the building is quite nasty. And the worst part is the WHOLE PLACE reeked of cigarette smoke, got a massive headache from it.

Owner please pay attention.. all your bad reviews are about service... Please train your staff on simple customer service... Also music wouldn't be bad.. it's like a graveyard in here and this is Christmas season... bean sprout were horrendous ..Pho is not bad was not hot enough for me.. but flavor was there... And a little overpriced..

I would give them negative -5 stars if I could. They have no customer service, not to mention the place is dirty and food is not good. We were the first people there, they didn't even said hi or come to our table at all. 2 more groups came after us, they went straight to them with a menu and drinks and took their orders right away. More groups came in, they brought them drinks and menus. We over here, still has no one came. I had to go to the reception table, and tell them we're ready to order. When he did come to our table, he was rude about it and never brought our drinks, not to mention they never ask. We asked one server for our drinks, he shook his head and pointed to the other server. What kind of service is this? I'm surprised they still in business and surprise with their ratings. We always give 30% to 40% tip but not this time.
Won't be back for sure!

Over priced garbage! This place was great when it opened. They’re always out of herbs and they do not tell you. You find out when your pho is served without them. Yet, they still charge you full price. Too bad Saigon closed!

Small family owned and operated. I can't get past the pull of the beef-lemongrass noodle bowl. Addicted to this dish. My dining companions love the extensive menu.

Love Pho Huong. We get take out probably 3-4 times a month. Easily best Vietnamese food in Jackson (probably best until NOLA). Pho, Hot Pot or Lemongrass noodles are the best!!

Best vietnamese food in town! I went there 6 years ago and had a horrible experience. But, I think they're under new management because it is so much better!
