I ordered a thin crust light sauce, three topping pizza. When I arrived home to taste the pizza, there was no sauce at all! The pasta a was very hard and dry! Very disappointing! I tried to call and complain, but no one would answer the phone! This was the worst pizza ever!!! #corporate

Customer service was TERRIBLE! I made an order online, they wasnt able to find it and said my order already left the store. I said okay cool then just let me place another order, when I got to the store they said they didnt see my new order so I yet again placed ANOTHER order IN STORE & had to wait 45 minutes! SOOOO TERRIBLE! No empathy or no care in the world from them! So I will be leaving a review on the website, on google, on grubhub EVERYWHERE I CAN leave one at because this was totally unacceptable!

I am very pleased with the service tonight, I placed an order via a mobile app. Once I paid for it I asked for delivery, the app is supposed to work with DoorDash and the app stated via text that my order will arrive around the 11:05 PM ETA, but the person that delivered my food around 10:50 PM was an employee of Pizza Hut and one of their drivers, he said that they were looking for the third-party driver (DoorDash) and said that they couldn't find him so the employee took it upon himself to deliver my order for me. I just want to praise the driver of Pizza Hut and say that he went out of his way when he probably was supposed to leave work for the evening and decided to bring my order to me otherwise I would have waited longer for it. This driver tonight (I didn't catch his name) deserves a pay raise and showed excellent customer service as well. I also work in the customer service area and always look for outstanding team members in different companies with great customer service.

I ordered the cheeseburger melt and fries. My kids had the pepperoni melt and bbq wings, and the meat lovers melt with Buffalo wings. They were all good and under $30. The staff was great. I ordered online, but when I got there, my order wasn't quite ready, so I had to wait, but the young man made sure to keep me updated on my order and apologized for the wait. It does fill you up.

This has got to be the worst place on the planet! Waiting thirty min on curbside for a pizza is insane especially if y’all ain’t busy and telling me to not bring my esa in the restaurant and leave him in a hot car is also insane! The services I got today let me know I don’t never need to patronize this business again . They know so much about esa they forgot to put on glove’s handling ready to eat food and on the phone making food cause that phone has 1 million germs on it and touching different surfaces without washing hands!

I’m not please AT ALL!!! First, my food was late and cold!!! Second, the order was wrong!! I order a stuffed crust Buffalo Chicken pizza with wings and more ranch!!! I got a boneless chicken wings with a half pineapple, ham and bacon and half sausage and pepperoni pizza!! Then, I tried contacting the store and they answered the phone and didn’t say anything. After, they just left it off the hook!! I haven’t eaten at Pizza Hut in awhile, but won’t make that mistake again!
