I love the Matcha Latte , the chai Latte and Pralines and Cream this keeps me coming back the taste is unmatched . But I have had severa l bad customer service issues with them forgetting my order in the drive through after I waited over 30 min then getting an attitude about it . Overcharging me , after I have left the store. Not putting my top all the way on several times causing me to almost spill my drink. So what great potential they have to do better !!!

The owners/management should be ashamed of themselves. I went there on Sunday. 03/16 and they had a very young girl running the whole place by herself. You can tell she was stressed out, but she was handling it well everything was great, except for the fact that they were letting her run the whole place by herself.

Visited here a couple weeks ago and had one of the best lattes I’ve ever had!! The girl that greeted me was so sweet and helpful as I was new to this shop. I believe she said her name was Ella or Emma. Either way I definitely recommend coming here!!!

Customer service was terrible, i work at a coffee shop so Im aware of busy times affecting drinks and the stress of staff being increased. but they were rude, took forever, and our drinks were terrible. she rung us up incorrectly twice, and the drinks we were given were too nasty to even drink. it did not taste like coffee at all. it tasted like rubbing alcohol. do not go here

Some serious issues going on here. Nobody answering drive through just letting the cars stack, nobody answering the phone. Walk inside and there are at least 5 people waiting and they don't look happy at all. Does this facility have management? I saw one worker.

Employees are rude and incompetent. My food was served cold inside, and I waited several minutes in drive thru for a black coffee. Asking for napkins caused the window to be slammed in my face. I had to go in the store to get my breakfast heated and to get napkins and a stirrer for my coffee . Really sad because they have good coffee

Inconsistent with how they make their coffee.. ordered the king cake shaken espresso. First time was as advertised. Second time.. not sure what they made, but it’s a miss. No time to go back and get it replaced. On to the next one.

When I walked in customers there were being very loud and rude but the barista handled it very well and was still very kind. She made our drinks very well and fast despite her being alone and very busy.

This was my very first time going to PJ’s. At the speaker the staff was friendly but as soon as we got to the window everything changed. The girl had an attitude from beginning to end. She couldn’t find my online order so asked what we had, I told her, and she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes and slammed the window. She came back and my grandmother asked her “do you need to see the online order” and she just looked and ignored us. She finally gave us our order and when I checked my bag of beignets they did not look good at all. It looked like a cup of powdered sugar was thrown in the bag and the beignets were just tossed on top. The frozen hot chocolate I got was good but very poor customer service and not what I was expecting my beignets to looks like considering other peoples have good great.
