Ordered online. Frozen drink. Added 2 flavors ($1.50 extra), couldn't taste either. Added caramel drizzle. They didn't add that either. Walked into establishment, wasn't acknowledged. No other customers inside. 3 employees. For $10 I expect my drink to be right. Hate that CC's wasn't open since it's Sunday. I won't be back.

I love the Matcha Latte , the chai Latte and Pralines and Cream this keeps me coming back the taste is unmatched . But I have had severa l bad customer service issues with them forgetting my order in the drive through after I waited over 30 min then getting an attitude about it . Overcharging me , after I have left the store. Not putting my top all the way on several times causing me to almost spill my drink. So what great potential they have to do better !!!
The owners/management should be ashamed of themselves. I went there on Sunday. 03/16 and they had a very young girl running the whole place by herself. You can tell she was stressed out, but she was handling it well everything was great, except for the fact that they were letting her run the whole place by herself.

Visited here a couple weeks ago and had one of the best lattes I’ve ever had!! The girl that greeted me was so sweet and helpful as I was new to this shop. I believe she said her name was Ella or Emma. Either way I definitely recommend coming here!!!

Great coffee! Nice vibe. A place where you can do a little studying and enjoy your coffee in peace. I haven't tried the food yet.

Customer service was terrible, i work at a coffee shop so Im aware of busy times affecting drinks and the stress of staff being increased. but they were rude, took forever, and our drinks were terrible. she rung us up incorrectly twice, and the drinks we were given were too nasty to even drink. it did not taste like coffee at all. it tasted like rubbing alcohol. do not go here

Some serious issues going on here. Nobody answering drive through just letting the cars stack, nobody answering the phone. Walk inside and there are at least 5 people waiting and they don't look happy at all. Does this facility have management? I saw one worker.
