Today I was NOT pleased with my visit, I am a regular and study here very frequently. I normally get 2 beignets and today I ordered them when I first came in. The barista, stated that the beignet machine was not working today so I didn't get any beignets. As I am studying, I overhear her taking 5 different orders of beignet bites and regular beignets and just telling the customers that it will take a minute but they will get their beignets in a few minutes. But you told me the machine was down? Mind you, these customers ordered beignet orders of 10-12. So I think to myself maybe I should try again, as I walk up to the counter she walks over to tell a family that they will be the first customers to get beignets when they are done. So I try to order again and she gives me an excuse that they will come out weird and that they can't make anymore right now. It doesn't matter that the beignets will come out weird, it's the fact that I was lied to and told that the machine was down. I would have happily waited (considering the fact that I was studying) for beignets. I don't appreciate the service I received today.

Terrible customer service. The girls acted like they hated being there. When ordering I was super rushed. Both my coffees were wrong and neither came with the cold foam that is advertised. Worst experience at a coffee shop.

I've been here a few times and I don't know why I keep coming back. Narrow selection, coffee's OK, service kinda sucks. I always wait a long time, like 20 minutes, even when I'm the only person in line. There are so many better places to go.

First time visiting. Was not greeted even with a smile. No recommendations for first time visitors. Did not sell us on product. We don't think we will be returning, didn't feel welcomed .

My coffee hot was served to me cold . My taste more like milk than coffee I was very disappointed So asked the young lady at the window could she heat the coffee up she took over 30 minutes to bring my coffee back to the window no napkins

Great coffees. I’ve had Coffees and chai latte all have been great tasting and hot.
The beignets are the best I have had in central MS.
Service is adequate. Information about my order, payment, receipt, text and their reward points were not offered. Basically you have to ask baristas despite Being the only two customers.
Also, the breakfast and lunch sandwiches they offer and heat for you and the microwave have been delivered to me twice very cold on the bottom towards the center of each item. once he did a second time, all was good. It’s quiet and clean inside with classic New Orleans music. I’ve been five times in the last two weeks and seen no reason to stop. So easy to order through the app and pick up at window.

The the beignets are real good and the coffee is great. The staff is friendly and quick. We meet here on Saturday mornings and drink coffee.

I've got to say I'm a bit disappointed in the service that I got going there. I went through the drive-thru, the girls could barely hear me when I was ordering my extra sweet vanilla Carmel AND white chocolate with half/half with a SPLASH of whole milk, iced latte.she didn't do that I doubt she used half and half because it wasn't as thick as half and half is. I literally work at a coffee shop. I know what my latte is supposed to taste like with half and half. When she was handing me a hot latte, I said it was supposed to be iced. She seemed a bit frustrated and asked if she could just put it over ice. So I asked her if it was frothed, she said yes so I said no it needs to be remade. When she finally came back with it, I could literally feel the heat from when she just poured the frothed latte on ice. I hate the texture of froth I can tell the difference if you do it over ice or just toss the froth over ice. I'm not dumb. if I do end up going back I will be going inside to make sure they hear me properly and they make my drink properly.

Honestly I wouldn't know what the food or coffee is like. I went there hoping to get some coffee but that didn't happen. I got there, 2 cars ahead of me. Took about 10mins, that was expected. I got up to the speaker and a lady says "I'll be with you in a moment."5mins go by and my gs in the back seat starts barking very loud, he finally stops. Then another 5 mins later still nothing. I was the only on there and had been for the better part of the time I was waiting! I looked at the time and finally left with 25mins of my life wasted for nothing. Didn't even attempt to take my simple order.

There drinks are great, but service absolutely terrible. I always wait at least 15-20 minutes on the drive through. Most of their workers are not friendly. I went today and had to repeat myself twice on my order, waited at the speaker and then was asked again what my order was. Ive reached a point where I know choosing to come to PJs means to expect pretty subpar service. Waited about 40 minutes total in the drive through today.

Beignets were good. Coffee was good. Service needs help. Asking me three times which Coffee I ordered is excessive. Maybe the cashier had a late night.
