Better customer service the food was great. The staff was a little bit. I don’t know maybe the cashier wasn’t having a good morning. She was just a little bit rude but other than that the food was great. I most definitely recommend it.

Counter service Vee was great. Food, recipe changes, etc has unfortunately suffered since acquisition of new ownership. Primos is no more.

The restaurant that we usually eat at while in the Ridgeland area was closed. After reading the reviews for Primos, we thought we would give it a try and I'm glad we did!! From the moment we walked in, we were treated as if we were the only customers in the restaurant even though there were several guests in the restaurant.The manager went out of his way to make sure that everything was okay with our order. We did not have to wait long for our food and it was delicious and reasonably priced. We are going to be passing through Ridgeland again next weekend amd Primos is where we will be dining this trip and future trips as well.

onion rings were not cooked all the way. Still had flour coming off in the inside. The cashier with the blonde hair was awesome tho ❤️ whoever the older black women is that is on the fry station needs to be retrained…she’s extremely rude to the younger staff and acts as if she hates her job
The Manger & staff here are awesome. We had an issue with our order. The Manager went over & beyond to make it right. Thank you soo much for a great experience today Primos
