The past three visits the food was cold to the point the bacon grease was a paste on the bacon the toast was like eating a mortar brick with white paste on it and they didn’t bring have our order, and when asked about it they said they would check into it. Once we decided just to leave they brought the rest out and you guessed it cold and nasty. This is the one in Madison MS. We will not be going back. Maybe the old owners should have kept it. McDonald’s makes a better breakfast guaranteed

In the past year, I had stopped eating at Primo’s Ridgeland location, because of the declining food quality, change in front staff attitude and was disappointed as this had become my weekly go to for a lunch or dinner. Yesterday, I needed a quick, late meal near me and took a chance on a fried chicken dinner ( not a meal I order very often, but was once a specialty plate of Primos’ priot to its decline in last 1-2 years) . I’m happy to say, it was a surprisingly great experience. The front staff were friendly again, the service was good AND the chicken was fresh and delicious! Even the corn bread was great! I asked for the manager, whose name was “Sonya,” and she too was beyond pleasant. So all that to say, keep this up Primos and I, as well as others, will return to what was once a favorite in this area for this type of food.

My family, church members and coworkers frequent this location consistently. The food is always fresh and tasty. I also go to this location because they have options that I personally like to eat. For example, i like rice with my eggs. One morning the kitchen staff informed the cashier that I couldn't get the side of rice with my breakfast. I was disappointed but I just ordered something else and sat down to eat. I was greeted by Ken who asked why wasn't eating my usual selection. After a small conversation with Ken, he went to get my food and came back with the rice to my surprise!! Ken has been an awesome server to me even before this happened. I love Primos Ridgeland
This is the go-to breakfast spot in Madison Ridgeland. Consistently good food, service and just feels comfortable. Eggs made to order, crispy bacon, fresh fruit and enough variety to please everyone.
Pancakes, omelettes, grits and biscuits; all are made hot, fresh and tasty.

I go to Primo's on Thursdays just for the fried chicken however today I expect the chicken to be hot and ready to eat, but unfortunately I was very disappointed that the chicken was pre-cooked, oily, and not of good taste. This will be the last time I will visit Primos for their supposedly specialty Hot Fried Chicken on Thursday! I'm very disappointed with the Highest! My wife went for the fried chicken for dinner, but the same thing happened. The chicken was pre-cooked, oily, and without taste. Sad and not on Thursday for me anymore! ☹️☹️☹️!

The place had great customer service, but the food was terrible. Under seasoned and just blan. Poorly prepared. But everyone was very inviting and smiling.
