I went thru the drive thru and great customer service and professional staff and thr foods are ready to eat and hot too. I bit heavy traffic but the wait time is 5-10 minutes. 🙂👍🏾💯

Excellent! I just arrived from Phoenix Arizona today and chose to go to Cain's for dinner and it was very good and it was done very quickly. The young lady was very friendly and helpful and gave me a water when she found out I could not have soda with caffeine or sugar. I will be going there again!

We LOVE Canes and we understand the staff shortage and the store popularity BUT if you aren't delivering to curbside please stick a sign on the parking sign to come inside.

The lady at the register dropped my change on the ground and looked at me like I was crazy and then slammed the door in my face without an apology.
