I had a terrible experience at Ridgeland Coffee Co. today. Visiting from Florida, I was excited to try this place because of all the glowing 5-star reviews—but I was extremely disappointed. I ordered two almond milk lattes with honey from the drive-through, and what I received had zero espresso taste and tasted like overly sweet cow’s milk. I immediately tasted the drink before driving off and asked the barista to confirm if it was made with almond milk. She assured me it was. However, when I brought the drinks home, my husband immediately identified that it was cow’s milk—without me saying a word. This is completely unacceptable, especially for anyone with a milk allergy. To make matters worse, when I poured out the drinks, there were brown crumbs at the bottom of the cups, which appeared to be coffee grounds or dirt. This should never happen in an espresso drink. This experience raises serious concerns about the integrity of this establishment. For a barista to lie about the ingredients is appalling and could have caused a serious health issue. I ended up dumping both drinks, wasting my money, and feeling completely let down. Ridgeland Coffee Co. needs to address these issues immediately to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. This was nowhere near the quality or service I expected based on their reviews. I will not be returning.

The drinks, more so the lattes, are hit or miss depending on who you get making it. So far I've only had one consistent person that works here that makes a great tasting lattee that taste like what I asked for or just what its supposed to taste like. Half of the time I get a drink that taste like someone put too much vanilla flavoring and milk. The inconsistency pulls me away.

I have visited here on multiple occasions, and I always leave happy. The staff are always courteous and pleasant. To be honest tho, I enjoyed the 'Old Canton Road' sooooo much the first time, that's all I ever get. Easy access, too.
I have been coming here for almost a year, and it is my favorite place for coffee. I recommend it to all my friends and family.

Visited the drive through this morning and ordered 2 specialty coffees. When handed the coffees, I noticed they seemed luke warm..coffee itself was weak and the order was messed up( the large and medium size was flipped). Kind of disappointing. If you are ordering, make sure you ask for multiple shots of espresso, it seems to be lacking.
